i hope jaejoong get all the focuse!!!!
I’ll cross my fingers. sis.. 😉 ~~~ but reading that the company was the one that produce Iris 1 and Iris 2 and they wanted Jaejoongie to be part of the cast and I think its a high possibility to see our Jaejoongie more and more.
I am happy for Jae and I know he will do his best in this drama. I watched all his dramas and films so I can say that his acting is getting better day by day. This “Triangle” will get its best!!! 🙂
i would like to add that the writer also wrote heo jun in 2000 wich had record-breaking viewership ratings of 64%
“The drama was originally called ‘Ugly Brothers’” but they changed the title to Triangle”. LOL, it would be a contradiction if the title is “Ugly Brothers” while one of the brothers is freakingly beautiful.
Jang Dong Chul (role played by Jaejoong) seems to be the most interesting. Other two characters, the police and the rich boy sound like regular characters found in many dramas. I hope they will focus more on Dong Chul like in the original novel.
I’m sure Jaejoong would hit the high note again with this drama, maybe compose a song and sing it too.
Yes please ^^ I wish jj will do the ost , it will be so perfect , with his beautiful emotional voice and this hard life of dong chul and the sad story …. I know i’ll love it for sure ♡^^
yeahh Darling me too ~~~~~ 😉 !!
I hope he’ll sing the OST. Wouldn’t it be way more awesome if the OST is a rock song?
oh our lovely Jaejoong is going to be a gangster…so excitedddddd >.< Jaejoong will do his best in this drama. ohhhhh I cant wait to see it. Jaejoong fighting ^_^ Triangle fighting ^_^
Our Jaejoongiee ^_^ !! will do the best… I’m so exciting about this new drama “Triangle” and the story is so catching… how will the story develop in the caps.. and how the three brothers will reunite OMG *omo*omo* #JaejoongTriangle FIGHTING!!! 😉 🙂
That is Daebakkkkkkkkkk!
liking the poster and how comparably beautiful the eyes of Kim Jaejoong^^ 🙂
What i’m really excited about (but i’m not sure will happen) is seeing jaejoong in black hair again lol
But truly i’m very excited to see him back on the screen and this character somehow suits his style!
JJ will make a awesome gangster I could be his muscle.
i guess it’s gonna be really great and full of emotional drama
and i realize that the common from all of Jae’s drama project is always related to a family relationship. as we know in PTB he and other casts successfully create a funny and enjoyable drama with a childish fighting among the cousins and their parent then in Dr Jin as Kyungtak he must act like a ‘obeyed dog’ for got the recognition from his father and now triangle also related to a family members relationship. as three brothers which remind me about a japanese film which also involved between two brothers who get separated and same like Lee Bom Soo who became a cop and Jae who became a gangster member and in the end, the younger brother already know that the cop who is gonna arrested him is his own brother but sadly the older brother not realize it till to late, the ending is really tragic.
thank you for all the info on this. i can’t wait either to see him in a drama again. i sure hope for at least a song in the OST also. if they want to sell tons of them~~~let him participate!
I have to admit that at first i prefer JJ is in music only. But after reading the 3angle story line and knowing that JJ will be one of a lead actor, especially as a gangster which i think it’s suitable with him, I find myself excited. JJ please act well and broaden your talent
I know I’ve heard or watched a similar Korean story before. I just can’t remember the name. Hmmm…*Thinkshard*!
Anywhose…
Fighting KJJ. I’ll be looking forward to your improved acting. You’ll fit the role.
I think I found it. I believe it’s “East of Eden”. Except they were two brothers, Dong Chul (the ganster) and Dong wook (the prosecutor). And Dong wook was switched at birth, so the real Dong wook was raised as a rich man’s son.
Lee Bum Soo himself has done a similar story (Giant) but one of the sibling was a girl. Giant was extremely popular in Korea. I espect this story to be good as well. This is a new twist. I hope their family don’t get killed by the guy who raised their younger brother like in East of Eden. I want something new.
Yes, I also thought of East of Eden, except that both Dong chul and Dong wook were raised as a poor man’s sons, but Dong wook was the real son of a rich man Shin Tae Hwan who had been switched at birth with Myung hun who was Dong chul’s real brother. Dong chul sacrificed his own life and became a mafia so as to give good life and education to his younger brother Dong wook who became the chief public prosecutor with the aim of pinning down Shin Tae Hwan who had killed their father, except that Dong wook didn’t know Tae Hwan was his real father. The story had many twists and drew lots of tears from my eyes and had a sad ending where the mafia brother who was a very good (and handsome) guy otherwise dies. On the whole, I have noted that unlike Philipino and Mexican dramas, Korean dramas mostly have a sad ending with a hope that things will be better in our next life.
@Jemima Jackson, I feel your sentiment. I like gangster story, that’s why I’ve watch many and this story is similar to other – not new. Just pray for the best for KJJ. Hope he could pull this character well, and that means he needs to bulk his body feature, he is so thin atm >.<
things always change with dramas once they start the actual production .
I can see them benefit from aejoong’s fluid Japanese if the story started with him being a gambler in Japan , but I fell like all this talk is just the old vision of the drama and the current setup is quite different .
we need to let this sit for a while and wait for the dramaor at least the beginning of shooting and all that.
and I’m seriously glad Jaejoong wasn’t in any part of IRIS …I didn’t even like the first one let alone the others.
omg! it seems so fun and intersting!!! I can’t wait!! JJ’s role is the best! ❤
i hope there are not many boring slow talk scene which typical in korean drama that make a lot episode .
i prefer korean drama in the past , like full house , winter sonata , stair way to heaven etc.
i cant get emotional if i watch drama now days … i hope this triangle is different espc. jaejoong in it ^_^
I love Winter Sonata. It was my first contact with Korea and made me curious to find out more about Korean culture, history, art, drama and music, leading me eventually to DBSK5 and JYJ. But it (WS) also had a bitter sweet ending.
sounds good.
Oh i can’t wait!!!! And.. And will they do the shooting in Japan??!!!! O(≧∇≦)O
i really hope that Jae would do a really good job in acting out his character.
Not hating on him or anything, but his acting wasn’t really good in both PTB and Dr Jin.
this sounds pretty similar to the time between dog and wolf, and I really enjoyed that drama with Lee Jun Ki as a gangster.
I think Jae has the potential to pull it off with his looks and physics, but I seriously, sincerely wish that his acting will improve tremendously.
I really love the plot, and the backstage casts seems to be cool too!
You think so? Sorry, I don’t agree with you. I like his acting in dr. Jin and it seems Japanese fans like it too. There are 4 more TV station in Japan who want to broadcast Dr. Jin.
and I really hope that he would gain some weight!!! He was sooo thin in PTB and Dr Jin that I cringed when I look at him.
He’s my bias but but but…a drama is still a drama and as a viewer, I really wish him to gain weight. At least to the point where his cheeks won’t sink that much.
SO FREAKING EXCITED! I was waiting to see JJ in a villain, psychopath, or just a bad boy role. I thought that I would not have the opportunity to see him act before enlisting. I’m so happy! All I need is a JYJ album, it’s been long enough.
I am so happy I want to see that movie so badly but I am having an exam Ahhhhhhhh
