JYJ are starting their new Asia tour in Hong Kong on August 16th.
On August 14th, a representative of C-JeS Entertainment said, “JYJ successfully finished the first two shows of their new Asia tour in Seoul, and from August 16th, they will tour around Hong Kong, Beijing, Chengdu, Taiwan, Shanghai, and Bangkok.”
JYJ’s latest album, ‘JUST US,’ has surpassed 120 thousand pre-orders, and the album also debuted #1 on iTunes Charts of seven different countries, including Indonesia, Hong Kong, and Malaysia. In addition, the album also peaked high rankings on Japan’s Oricon Weekly Chart even though it was not officially released in Japan.
They also debuted #1 on TV music programs without making any TV performances, and last weekend, they successfully finished the first two shows of their new Asia tour in Seoul. The music video of their new title track, ‘BACK SEAT,’ recently surpassed 6 million YouTube views, and the number is still rising at a rapid pace.
A number of officials said, “We could actually feel JYJ’s humongous power when we saw the entire Seoul Olympic Stadium getting filled up with fans from all over the world. It is not easy to find artists who can fill up the entire stadium these days, and we were amazed by JYJ’s huge power.”
Meanwhile, JYJ’s next tour show will be held in Hong Kong on August 16th, and JYJ will meet up with approximately 10 thousand fans.
