Park Yoochun’s first movie ‘Sea Fog’, to surpass 1 million viewers

Kim Yoonseok, Park Yoochun, Han Yeri, Lee Heejun, Moon Seong Keun, Kim Sang Ho and Yoo Seung Mok’s starrer <Sea Fog> is on it’s way to break the 1 million number of viewers in cinemas.

From <Roaring Currents> and <The Pirates> to <Sea Fog>, Korea’s movie scene this summer is indeed colorful, <Sea Fog> despite being restricted for the underage manage to shows it’s potential in the box office.

According to the Korean Film Council, based on a review up until August 17th, <Sea Fog> has an aggregated first week views of 932, 683, having similar record with 2010 <Ahjussi> and comparable to the top 19-rated movie <The Chaser> (Cumulative views: 5, 071,619).

<Sea Fog> tells the story of 6 crews of a ship and a stowaway, the movie is expected to deliver impressive storyline and perfect acting skills from the actors and is considered a luxury thriller for the summer.

A melodrama exist in the movie to attract female audience. The viewers of the movie comments, “The more I watched <Sea Fog>, the greater of a movie I think it is! A really entertaining movie!”, “Once the movie ends, I knew it’d be precious. The ending made my chest tightens”, “It’s crazy, the acting charms of the actors are so overwhelming I have no idea how the 2 hours past.
