It is his line as Renfield in Dracula, and Junsu fans have taken it as a ‘fandom motto’ as well. He says ‘You won’t give me blood to the end, right?’ because the photo depicts the scene where Dracula calls Renfield a fool and walks away without giving Renfield blood
