I want to go back to watching variety shows and whatnot but ….. it just makes me remember that JYJ are banned/blocked from everything ( and there’s even less interviews each year ) when it was the three of them that got me into k- entertainment in the first place back in the old days ….and SM people being everywhere doesn’t help .
I don’t watch that much kdramas either …not like I used to .
me too I don’t like to watch variety shows anymore, although I use to like RM , but whenever I start watching I remember JYJ in the middle and I get sad so it becomes hard for me to enjoy k-variety shows…
it is hard to not see them on anything yet we can still watch their movies and dramas. i just love korean culture and all that goes with it. kdramas help with the language learning. i started with dbsk, G.O.D. H.O.T. shinhwa, all the old groups so i have lots of actors, singers i like. i think overall, they have had such success in spite of the company that will not be named, in fact, that leads to more exposure itself. sm is helping them in spite of their bad intentions sometimes! i am just so grateful we HAVE JYJ to love and see and listen to.
ah …it was dbsk and big bang for me with a little bit of rain ,ss501, wonder girls and CSJH The Grace …one of my friends was so into suju back then she made me watch so much of their stuff but couldn’t make me like them .
don’t care much about anyone other than JYJ now though…I just lost interest especially with the ridiculous amount of new idols doing nothing but catchy hook crap songs.
culture is something I learn enough to know to respect but I don’t get into it more than that .
