Kim Jae Joong and Ko Sung Hee will each play a genius analyst at the national intelligence service named Sun Woo and a secretive company worker Yoon Jin, acting opposite each other for the first time.

It is a family spy thriller about members of a family facing the cruelty of tricking each other.
‘Sun Woo’ played by Kim Jae Joong is a character who has a cool head and outstanding analytical skills, with an ability to tell apart from fake and real information. He is hard-nosed at work but shows his warm side when he is with his family and lover.
Having gained recognition as an actor through MBC’s Triangle, Dr. Jin, SBS’s Protect the Boss and more, attention has been gathering on Kim Jae Joong’s upcoming appearance in his first KBS drama.
Ko Sung Hee starred in MBC’s The Night Watchman’s Journal, Miss Korea and more as well as on a number of movies. She will be returning to the small screen in three months, capturing the hearts of the viewers one more time.
Kim Jae Joong and Ko Sung Hee will be acting as lovers in Spy′s heart fluttering romance.
Kim Jae Joong shared, “This is a project that I really wanted to do because I was attracted to its storyline and charming character. I’m anticipating working alongside my respected sunbaenims.”
He added, “Spy, based on the original piece called MICE, which already received recognition overseas, is fast-paced and deals with interesting subjects so it will be a project worth watching for those who favor American dramas. I will do my best to show my good side.”
Ko Sung Hee said, “I’m excited for my first project with KBS. Since ‘Yoon Jin’ is a secretive woman in the drama, I will do my best to make the viewers more curious as they watch,” and added, “I hope that you can embrace Yoon Jin, who has a painful heart, and see her in a positive light.”
Meanwhile, Spy is a Friday mini series drama from KBS airing two 50-minute episodes consecutively every Friday from 9:20 p.m. to 11 p.m. (KST).
