People can i ask you guys a question? i saw their biography but it said that they were born on the same year 1986, but why they called jaejoong hyung? and they supposed to be 28 this year right? but it was said that junsu now 29 even 30. Can someone explain this korean birthday thingy to me? lots of thanks ❤
I think it has something to do with them following lunar calendar system. You’re already one year old once you were born.
They are calling Jaejoong hyung because Lunar New Year falls on around mid-February every year so people born before that would be a year older. Hence Jaejoong hyungie^^’

They call everyone older, even if only a few weeks “hyung” (older brother).
