Mr Park Yoo Chun, Congratulations! I think we shall all remember the year 2014 as the year of your great achievement as an actor.
As fans we only see the glamour of the celebrity, arriving in a great limousine, walking the red carpet, cameras flashing to capture each expression on your face in your hour of triumph.
Few of us realize how much hard and boring work, how much patience is needed to reach where you are. I was amazed to realize how many hours it may take to produce footage that will only last a minute on the screen. If the sound, or the light, or the wardrobe, or camera, etc person loses focus, then you have to start all over again and not because it was your mistake. So your humble and patient attitude and hard work relieve the tension and there is no need of long breaks between takes.
Here is to you and Hae Moo sweeping the international prizes next.
Here in the U.S. fans have their hopes pinned on the Golden Globes and the Oscars. It could happen! Haemoo would have to be seen as one of the favorites, going in. Fingers and toes crossed, best of luck to Yuchun and the talented cast!
Nice to learn that the award giving bodies are consistent. No side tracks and biases. PYC got the awards because he truly deserved it! 🙂
