I’m just a reader/watcher and a fan…but may be some people/and media personality are still not used to the idea of Junsu being one of the top musical actor and being consistent as having the most ticket power or they just refused to accept themselves the reality/fact that indeed Junsu is successful in the Musical field in just a span of 5-year period….and Junsu started as a Kpop idol so he will always be compared to the other Kpop idols no matter what…anyways as long as he is RESPECTED AND RECOGNIZED by the veteran/s musical actors/actresses and still have the ticket power, that would suffice…you’re still in your late 20’s going early 30’s JS (very young and refreshing indeed), so maybe when you are in your 40’s up, they will finally call you top and veteran musical actor with flying colors…JS fighting!!!!For us, you are always number ONE.
I keep reading where there is a lot of doubt about the talent of mere “idol singers” horning in on musicals and having listened to a raft of them live, with no padding or other 15 members to disguise pitch problems, I can see why. Junsu is pretty much in a league by himself in terms of his abilities and poise onstage, but still there’s this prejudice among the established musical actors… There could be some simple garden-variety jealousy going on.
It could be jealousy, it could be ignorance, either way no one can deny that in both the Kpop world and the musical world there is only one Kim Jun Su. He stands very high on his pedestal and very much alone and I dare anyone to question that. So these chickens can continue to cluck while daddy continues to prove them wrong. Junsu is fresh and new every time he reinvents himself or interprets a song or a role. The thing is only someone with as much talent and experience as JS can do what he does. No wonder they are so confused.
