Hip-hop group Epik High member Tablo and musical star Jung Sung-ah will be participating in Hallyu group JYJ member and musical star Kim Junsu’s new song, said C-JeS Entertainment on February 17.
Tablo and Jung Sung-ah have their featuring in Kim Junsu’s solo 3rd full album ‘FLOWER”s title song ‘Flower’, to be released on March 3.
As the song that Kim Junsu participated in its lyrics and composition, the string and choir(chorus) stands out and is of the baroque hip-hop genre. Tablo participated in the rap making, and raised the completion of the song.
Tablo had said, “It’s great that I can do a music project with my long-cherished, favorite Kim Junsu”. Kim Junsu responded, “We have perfected good music that contain a rap with feelings that matched very well in the title song,” and, “I am a fan of the hip-hop lyrics written by Tablo hyung and thought that he can metaphorically express the title song’s message well”.
Jung Sun-ah stands out with her cool singing ability and has participated in an aria.

C-JeS Entertainment revealed on February 17, “’Flower’ (translated) has been confirmed as the title song of Kim Junsu’s third full length solo album “Flower”, set to be released on March 3. Epik High’s Tablo participated in the rap portion of the song, which Kim Junsu participated in writing and composing, completing a fantastic collaboration song.”
The agency rep added, “’Flower’, with its magnificent string sounds and choir, is a song under the genre of baroque hip-hop and it was produced by adding melody and lyrics to the message that Kim Junsu wanted to convey, expressing music with a whole different genre compared to the first and second album title songs.”
Tablo, who featured in the new album title song ‘Flower’ also participated in writing the rap, increasing the quality of the song.
Tablo said, “I was happy to be working with Kim Junsu, whom I’ve always liked,” and Kim Junsu also shared, “A very good song has been produced, containing the rap that suits the title song very well. I was a big fan of Tablo hyung’s genius hip-hop lyrics and thought that he could metaphorically convey the message of the title song. I felt ecstatic the moment I received the lyrics to the rap. I’m so grateful.”
Meanwhile, the musical actress Jung Sung Ah participated in the aria of the title track ‘Flower’, adding her unique voice to the song. The title song ‘Flower’ will be released on March 3.

It has been revealed that JYJ’s Junsu collaborated with Epik High’s Tablo for the title track of his upcoming solo album.
On February 17, a representative of C-JeS Entertainment shared, “The title track of Junsu’s third full-length solo album ‘Flower,’ which will be released on March 3, has been confirmed as ‘Flower.’ This title song, for which Junsu personally participated in composing and writing, and Epik High’s Tablo featured in, is an amazing collaboration.”
The title song “Flower” is said to be of the baroque hip-hop genre that showcases a mix of strings and choir. It portrays a different kind of music compared to the JYJ member’s first two solo albums. The song was created in a way in which Junsu first settled on a message he wanted to express, before bringing in the melody and lyrics.
Tablo personally worked on the rap-making portion of the song, adding to its overall quality. The Epik High member shared his thoughts on working with Junsu: “I’ve always liked Junsu and it was great to be able to produce music together.”
Junsu also expressed, “A very good song was created thanks to the rap that matches so well with the title song. I’ve been a big fan of Tablo hyung’s genius hip-hop lyrics and I thought it could gently portray the message of the song. It was thrilling the moment I received the rap lyrics. I’m so thankful.”
