Me too, the translation is kinda unclear. I only understood that Junsu is upset with his new superpower. X)
Junsu played an online quiz yesterday whch he posted in his Instagram – the link’s in the top of post. His power is “control people’s heart to break up couples”. Side effect of his “power” is that he’ll be single forever i.e. Captain of the Singles Squad.
He’s playing around with the maker of the quiz and the one who hosted the app…”cursing” them to be single/break up if they’re a couple…well Junsu’s the captain after all.

I am glad that that was just a quizz. I truly do not want Junsu to be the captain of the singes squad forever. I want him to find someone, fall in love, get married and have a family!!!
I meant the maker/creator of the story on which the online quiz is based on…maybe something like those Harry Potter quizzes that will sort you out into the different houses,
