XIA Junsu successfully finished his 4th solo Asia tour.
On December 6th, a representative of C-JeS Entertainment said, “XIA Junsu, who commenced a new solo Asia tour after releasing a new mini-album in October, successfully finished the tour, meeting up with approximately 80 thousand fans in four different cities all across Asia. The mini-album became a major success, and tickets for his Asia tour shows were also completely sold out just in ten minutes.”
XIA Junsu had told that he prepared the new mini-album as a special gift for his fans, and many fans and music lovers showed hot reactions for the album’s title track, ‘Yesterday.’ The new album also includes electronic dance, acoustic, and Urban R&B numbers, and the album fully showcases much deeper parts of Kim Junsu’s musical identity.
All of the tracks showed absolute domination on different online music charts, and the album debuted #1 on iTunes Combined Album Chart in Japan, Thailand, and Macau as well, further indicating Kim Junsu’s international popularity.
In addition, tickets for his new solo Asia tour were completely sold out just ten minutes after they were opened, and Kim Junsu held concerts in Yokohama, Seoul, Nagoya, and Taipei, meeting up with approximately 80 thousand fans in total.
After finishing the tour, Kim Junsu said, “I did my best to make a special gift for all of my fans, and I would like to express profound gratitude to everyone for the tremendous amount of love and supports that they showed me. I promise to keep doing my best to become a continuously improving artist.”
Meanwhile, Kim Junsu is going to hold year-end concerts in Seoul from December 29th until 31st under the title of ‘2015 XIA Ballad & Musical Concert with Orchestra vol.4.’
