WJYJ Junsu’s agency C-JeS Entertainment is about to take legal action against netizens spreading false information and hate comments towards Junsu and Hani’s relationship, but that’s not the only lawsuit they’re dealing with.
C-JeS Entertainment also stated on January 9, “We are currently gathering the materials of hate comments related to JYJ. We are planning to take legal action with resolute measure.”
The rep added, “The hate comments towards member Junsu and EXID Hani’s dating report has been so bad that we are planning to enter legal proceedings next week. In the case of all members of JYJ, [including] Yoochun and Jaejoong, we are currently collecting the ‘malicious postings’. We will soon take legal measures against these ‘malicious postings’.”

BTW, if anyone thinks CJeS is overreacting, lying slandering internet comments almost destroyed Tablo’s life and career. I’m glad CJeS are doing somethings about them.

never understand hateful hurtful comments. what do they hope to gain by spreading mean angry lies about anyone? it just exposes their own maliciousness and hateful personality. really, got to learn to deal with those negative feelings in a positive way. are they so against junsu or hani or any of them having some happiness? and most of all, unless they are in junsu’s back pocket seeing their relationship personally, what right do they,complete strangers, have to judge them? just be happy for them and wish them the best.
and learn the difference between personal/public space.

Sometimes it’s not about them (Junsu and Hani). It seems like it’s part of Korean culture that there are a group of individuals, probably having miserable lives themselves, are just out there to spread malicious comments/rumors about celebrities, no matter who they are. Lots of these people they find, after a lawsuits, are just in their early teens or ordinary working class that got nothing better to do, or just hate celebrities out of jealousy. What I do find surprising is that after these people got punished, others still don’t learn. I guess they figure majority of them can get away with it.
Junsu and Hani are dating but JYJ, Jaejoong and Yoochun got hate ?? JYJ antis should take a break tbh I bet alot of those hating on Hani*Junsu ae the same old JYJ antis -_-

JYJ has taken legal action against netizens for defamation for a few years now. The offenders end up with a fine and JYJ with a bill for legal fees.
I guess they have no choice but to do that in order to clear their name.
I read the news that fellow Cjes actor Lee Jun Jae has also taken legal action against 50 netizens. Some have been charged and asked to pay a fine.
I wonder if Jae’s case has to do with the fake SNS accounts as reported in JYJ facebook.
Wow there are really some crazy stupid people in this world!!!!! Who have nothing better to do but try to mess with someone else life!!!! These people need to leave Junsu, Hani and JYJ alone and get a life of their own!!!!! Yes CJES should sue each and everyone of them hard!!!!!
