Gaon has revealed the album sales rankings for solo singers in 2015. The list includes many singers from K-pop idol groups who released solo albums. Singers who are not a part of a group are actually in the minority this year. Did your favorite solo singer of 2015 make the list? Find out!
The top 10 singers with the highest album sales for 2015 are as listed below:
1. Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon “I” – 119,576
2. CNBLUE’s Jung Yong Hwa “One Fine Day” – 118,047
3. SHINee’s Jonghyun “Base” – 74,110
4. INFINITE’s Sunggyu “27″ – 73,971
5. JYJ’s Junsu “Flower” – 67,107
6. JYJ’s Junsu “Yesterday” – 59,500
7. Super Junior’s Kyuhyun “Fall, Once Again” – 45,073
8. IU “Chat-Shire” – 43,184
9. FTISLAND’s Lee Hong Ki “FM302″ – 36,955
10. Jay Park “Worldwide” – 32,397

And sold more than some other artists who did have more promotions than him!

Hooray for Junsu! If you combine both album sales, it puts him on top with 126,607 album sales! So technically, he should be number 1! He’s always number 1 in my heart!
