The vast extent of JYJ’s Kim Junsu’s wealth has been revealed.
During tvN’s “The List 2016”, which aired on January 25th, it was revealed that Junsu is in 4th place for newly rising chaebol stars.
The production crew explains that while they were digging up information about Junsu’s wealth, they found that “from the supercar that was revealed when his dating news was reported earlier this month, to the 400 million won (approximately $332,900) luxury car that was featured in the movie ‘Transformers,’ Junsu is currently in the possession of seven supercars.”
They also talk about how “his house in Cheongdam Dong, Gangnam-gu is leased for 2.9 billion won (approximately $2.4 million), and his other house in Paju, Gyeonggi-do has a sale price about 1.9 billion won (approximately $1.6 million).”
Meanwhile, Junsu is working hard in his reprised role as Count Dracula in the musical “Dracula,” currently in production until February 9.

He works very hard and he’s invested wisely I suspect.
I think it’s more like they get to keep a higher percentage of what they earns, compare to other idols/artists. There was an article earlier showing YG artist can get up to 50% of what they earn, JYP about 30%, and SM maybe only 10%. I would not be surprised if JYJ gets to keep 70% of what they earn since they basically help build the agency.

You put out two albums, 3 MVs, two concert tours, did a single cast musical, EPIK HIGH guest concert, guested on PSY’s album, had several photo shoots, 2 fan meetings and a year end concert series! (How did you do all that and have a quite romance too?) .
Yet you still managed to help put the poor in Vietnam, help the people on Jeju and do some charity soccer games! You also always remember to say “Thank you ” to your fans and never seem arrogant but humble! There is a reason why you won 2 popularity awards!

as much as I love knowing he and the rest of JYJ are going well financially it’s bothering me that they focus on them every time an article about “who has money ” is put up …..because you know that others do have just as much but don’t get that attention especially the big entertainment company owners with the unfair contacts, and people in general are thinking they’re doing just fine so who cares about the blocking they’re getting.
and it’s always their cars they talk about. ..lol .
let them live …they aren’t making money out of anyones back but their own.

Different entertainment / financial programs do this kind of count down all the time. G-Dragon, Big Bang members and the like get into these kind of charts too. It’s not a big deal. Earlier there was a real financial report showing what is the percentage of Big Bang income to YG Entertainment and how the company would hurt badly as a listed company when the guys go to the military in the next 4-5 years. It’s just that you won’t see it here because this site only focus on JYJ.
