maybe because “Found You” & “Love Is Like Snow” were featured today on Ent. Weekly list of 50 Drama OSTs loved by Koreans…. this is the power of TV promotion, JYJ were lacking from all the past 6~7 years.

I can not imagine how huge, HUGE, HUGE Jae Joong, Yuchun and Junsu would be if they were on broadcast TV! I believe they would be beyond mega stars in the music world of Asia!!!
I think its the chain effect of DOTS..Both osts has joongki and junsu/jyj collab…rise JYJ and Junsu RISEEEE!!!
it’s nothing to do with SJK actually. it’s because of these 2 OST were featured in Entertainment Weekly for TOP 50 K-drama OST loved by Koreans. and they still have 20 OSTs to be announced i think.
Ohhh i see. I also hoped junsus name would be recognised more by korean public as a singer when he sang for DoTS so im quite excited to wait for junsu ost to be released..
most of Junsu’s OSTs were all in great/popular dramas so I’m pretty sure he has been well-known as one of the OST Kings in Korea. and it always make me double excited when I love that series too lol
I dont think he is more known to the public as XIA also his osts dont get no 1 and stays there for a long long time in melon chart like other digital monsters..so i hope with this drama people will give his music a chance and i hope he will get no1 for melon.. xD
I agree with what @mickymong said, pretty sure he’s well known to public since his name is always mentioned whenever people talk about osts by males, also most of his OSTs did well in charts got 1 in Melon, those well known digital monsters who stay for days in digital charts have an army of high school kids who keep streaming their songs (that aren’t osts). while the well known OSTs singers like OSTs queens Gummy, Baek Ji Young mostly do like Junsu, unless if the drama itself is a big Hit like the case of DOTS.

A few months ago, I heard Junsu’s voice in the drama “Scent of a Woman”. It was my ichigo ichie. The back catalog of JYJ CDs and DVD box sets had all arrived by the new year. The two new solo CDs were just delivered though they were backed up in advance by iTunes downloads. No doubt that kdrama osts can bring in new fans, even years later.
