The police has made their judgment on the case about the sexual assault allegations against singer and actor Park Yuchun(30), with him acquitted of all charges.

Seoul Gangnam Police Station disclosed on the 11th, “We have made our decision to not charge him since it’s difficult to concede there was coercion in the investigated situations up to now,” in connection to the 4 counts of the case on sexual assault allegations against Mr. Park.

To sum up the circumstances regarding the statements from representatives for the accusing women and Mr. Park, the intent to concede coercion –with the lack of violence and blackmail, back then when there were sexual intercourse between the accusing women and Mr. Park– is difficult.

It is policy that the police complete the investigation on the case about the sexual assault allegations against Mr. Park in this way and send the case to the public prosecutor’s office on the 14th or 15th this week when they inform on the case; or early next week if late.
