Out of the 4 female accusers, the 2nd female accuser in addition to Ms. A was also transferred, per prosecution recommendation, on the charge of false allegations last month, after it was recognized the accusations she made against Park Yuchun were with false information.

Next ones up are Accuser #3 and Accuser #4
And let’s not forget about Ms.5 who went to Dispatch instead of the police. I hope she’s on the list and C-JeS is getting to her.
Indeed; Ms.5 has a special place in my heart and I don’t want her to miss out on one bit of the attention she so desperately sought!
Wasn’t there a 6th woman also? None of these women should be spared from the “prize” they earned, a place in jail.
Yes, Women 5 & 6 never went to the police nor did they ever claim sexual assault. From what I read, Women 1, 5, & 6 all were from the same club.
Woman 5 claimed that she was almost assaulted but was able to get away.
Woman 6 claimed that she gave a “body show” or striptease to his group & that he followed her into the bathroom when she went to go get dressed. She claimed this happened shortly before Woman 1 was “assaulted” by Yoochun.
@Lara It is so easy to make up a story when you know you are going to remain anonymous and won’t be held accountable by the authorities because you didn’t press charges. smh What I wouldn’t give for Yoochun’s lawyers to pressure the media outlet who published their story to reveal their identities because these women did as much damage as the others.
woman 6 was a stripper, it was said Yoochun followed her to bathroom to pay her, she never said he tried to rape her like the 5 others said.
@jaechnsu I wonder how much money the k-media gave woman 6 to tell that pointless story. smh What does that even have to do with anything?
me too it was totally pointless but 2/3 weeks ago media wanted any tiny rumor to turn it big and get attention
Yes, it is incredibly easy to make up a story to tell the tabloids or for the tabloids to literally create a story for more clicks as that is not beneath them either. They’ll do anything for the attention.
Oh, that attention seeker, where is she now? I’ll give her all the attention she needs that poisonous snake.
None of these women want to meet up with any of us! I want to snatch them bald headed. Anna Liza want to get them snake bit. JaeJae/JYJ wants the BIG B Karma for them. Everybody else agrees on these bald headed, snake bit, loser women should to go to jail until they are too old to do this to anybody else. As for the media……I’m not going to put into print what should happen with them!
I hope all of them get what we called BIG B****CH KARMA………THEY REALLY HURT OUR BELOVED YUCHUN ……I HOPE CJES PUTS THOSE MEDIA IN THEIR RIGHT PLACE TOO.
So is she in jail too? Or is this just a reminder that she also has been found by police to have made a false accusation? I ask because the coverage on her has been limited (outside of her appearance on PD Notebook) & it seems to be because she was the one that gave the antis the “proof” they needed (claim of calling it in back in Dec.) to hate on Yoochun so they’ve been really quiet about the fact that police determined her to be lying as well.
No, non of them is in jail really. This is pre-trial detention only, meaning the cops took them in so they can’t escape or destroy any evidence. If the prosecutors (or the judge if the case goes for a trial) decide they are not guilty, they can still go free. But this gives us hope because it seems the police thinks there is evidence to be destroyed. So this is good.
Pre-trail detention is jail though. Prison is what comes after being convicted. As they have been arrested, they are in jail until the final verdict of the trial or until they plead guilty.
For added clarification, I searched in Google for the difference between jail & prison.
“At the most basic level, the fundamental difference between jail and prison is the length of stay for inmates. Think short-term and long-term. Jails are usually run by local law enforcement and/or local government agencies, and are designed to hold inmates awaiting trial or serving a short sentence.”
I see what you mean. XD Sorry, English is not my native language, jail and prison means the same for me. The place where you have inmates locked up. XD What I meant is that they are not charged with anything yet, and they can still go free. But hopefully this won’t happen.
Ah, that was what I thought. It’s okay, I understand the confusion. Jail is a short term holding cell for those awaiting trial or those that made smaller offenses like petty theft or even the “drunk tank.” For those that aren’t deemed a flight risk, chance of fleeing the country, they can make bail which is just paying a fine which depending on the crime can be a rather large sum. If they skip out on their court dates then the bail money or whatever property they promised to give if they defied the court will no longer be refundable & they will have to be arrested with no chance of freedom before or during their trial.
Seeing as these two were deemed a flight risk, they will be held in jail until their trial concludes. If they are deemed guilty then depending on their sentence as well as space at their local jail – they could be sent to prison.
There is pre-charge detention where the suspect is arrested and detained in a police cell for not more than 48 hrs. Then there is a pre-trial bail for thise who can afford it or are low risk and pre-trial remand where they are kept for the duration of the trial. It is known as a remand prison or jail. Then there is prison for those who have received their sentences. Normally remand and sentenced prisoners are kept separately and the remand cases have more relaxed rules and may even be allowed to wear their own clothes.
What the hell K-media, why didn’t this receive much coverage? This is the excuse people are still using to bash on Yoochun since they think he wasn’t cleared from the other women’s’ charges. smh Can’t we petition to get these news agencies to give the same amount of coverage to the women’s arrests? Agh and here I thought the injustice may have come to an end.
This was the “credible” accuser which made antis feel like they had the “right” to bash on Yoochun. I’ve noticed that in general, they have been a lot quieter about her having made a false accusation especially in regard to the reason why it was deemed false.
I really don’t know how she is anymore credible than A, when A was the only one who had proof of her having any sort of physical contact with him and even then, it was proven to be consensual. smh Arg the way the K-media is reporting the news of Yoochun’s innocence irks me to no end.
Woman 2 was deemed “credible” due to the claim of her calling in the assault within hours of it “happening” & that police “encouraged” her to file a report. Woman 1 changed her story so many times that it became clear that she wasn’t credible. Only the antis that believed that dna is direct indisputable proof of assault latched onto that. But then again antis couldn’t keep the facts of the case straight, even regarding what their precious general kpop translation sites reported on.
Thank you rilanna for trans, I can’t wait for police to reveal the proofs they found against her too
Thank God for the positive developments. But SMH coz these barely get any coverage on kmedia, social media or on forum/fora which carried all the initial unconfirmed news about Yoochun. I guess good news isn’t much of a click bait for haters. Sending love to all especially Yoochun and family, the fandom, chunsas, JYJ forever, CJes fighting. Thanks for the updates, insights and translations everyone.I really appreciate the different POVs.
Reblogged this on annayooch's Blog.
I really hope Cjes will sue not only medis but also malicious commentors on internet. Those who call him serial rapist. Teach them a lesson.
As far as things goes legal process has to be followed..the only comfort i have is that it is moving one by one,.detailing the case..however,these accusers would manipulate their statement protecting themselves specially the one that works in the same club..but the way i see it.this gives me hope that no matter how perfectly a person has made to look bad and falsely accused there would be flaws in all the troubles they have done…i would wait for that to happen.
THERE’S NO PERFECT CRIME . . . the TRUTH will always prevail though how long it takes . . . just hoping d soonest for yoochun and likewise to his brother too
I’m really, really happy to hear this news & at the same time really freaking angry that it isn’t receiving the same frenzied coverage that their accusations got… Chunnie’s career was potentially destroyed, so too his life, but apparently him being innocent isn’t “interesting enough” news for most media & especially the international Kpop blogs who were so quick to label him a serial rapist.
I know what you mean! I feel the same way! I still think the media was, and is, being paid by someone with an agenda against him to do everything in their power to ruin him. 😦
ck..disgusting.. how dare you brat !! yoochun-ah fighting !!
