Never thought I would upload a photo of celebrity at my age… Went to Independence Hall on Independence Day and my husband said “There is a celebrity!”, My god, It was Kim Jaejoong! I was so amazed. Told my husband to take a picture. He was so handsome indeed. My eyes did get some luxurious treatment.
Seeing me so excited and happy, my son asked who that Ajussi was… Funny and sad at the same time…
My husband commented, “How come a soldier’s skin be that white?”

This guy must be a fan of Justin Timberlake (he’s a very talented musician and I love his sexy MVs) and Orlando Bloom, and is uncommon to read comments spazzing his jawline from a guy, usually it’s about his body.

Yess …. jawline. Thanks @ smile01179 IG, DC_Jellery and @ Rinmaze and @ kris for giving us such a perfect example of Jaejoong’s jawline. It’s a jawline made for masters of the craft of sculptures and fine art. Wasn’t it Jae’s jawline that we wrote about with @ Karenina Anna no too long ago?
It was this jawline that drew my attention to Jaejoong when I first saw him and … his hair style which looked the exact copy of mine. Imagine, how can a guy 10,000 miles away in Korea have the exact same hairstyle as me, a girl, somewhere in Europe.
Then, during his previous performance the jawline wasn’t as clearly defined and then came the shock of the new tattoos and I felt sad and disappointed, I felt hopeless.
But now that the jawline has been brought back, now that I have seen him so happy as he hasn’t been in a long time, I wonder if this re-defined jawline should outweigh the tattoos, I just recognize and admit that he is a tattoo addict and will never get out of that addiction.
Yet the fact remains, that these last tattoos look as if they were made in some backstreet place. The colour is too dark, which means it has a high mercury concentration and mercury being a heavy metal, I think we all know how it scrambles the brain. Not yet, but as he continues down that road,, it will and that’s why i am sad even though I love how he appears at the 71st anniversary concert.

When you feel sad, disappointed, hopeless (just like in married couple counseling), try to go back to step 1 “What made you liked him in the first place?” , what are the things you love about him? “Don’t stress yourself out over things you can’t control or change.”
just sharing from experience, living with my husband, we have things we don’t like with each other 😀✌️

@ kris Thank you for taking the time to console me but you see, when I liked the jawline he also had no tattoos, just that smooth gleaming skin (see gif I had posted below). Later, as time went by I had to start excusing the tats one at a time as they were tastefully done and meant something important to him in his life. But looking at these last two, I am becoming worried because after the big one on the tummy he said it would be the last one. That one was without a special reason and neither are these two, which on top of it all, are so dark. Small as they are they have more mercury than all the rest of them. I have a feeling those bandages are covering allergic reactions. And what worries me the most is what heavy metals do to the brain and the organs. We know of many talented artists who destroyed their life with drugs, is JJ going to do the same with mercury? May be I have held him on a pedestal that’s too high. But I have never referred to him as my idol. He has been my strength and inspiration. Yet, he is only human, a beautiful human, with the heart and soul of an angel, loving and lovable.

@anna liza…don’t be sad..he’s still the person that you have known,..in life we have whims.dreams and goals..i dont think Jae is a person who would forget everything just because of what he wanted to do…he is a very creative person,…when it comes to fans that adore him,it makes him feel elated but those fans also keeps him grounded,humble in such a way that he communicate to us when he is on stage…never seen that in other artist,..if you remember his DBSK days,he’s always been the one who makes eyecontact with the fancams,.very much aware that he is being photograph..he sees you, funny,even if he is a dork transitioning to a rocker and now in MS he still has that moves by simply looking at fancams..i couldn’t get bore with that kind of personality..but being him, he can still inspire you.
@ Karenina Anna. Thanks for encouraging me. Jaejoong is an extraordinary person and he is very much aware of what’s going .on around him, his own goals and and what he must do so as to achieve them. What makes him different from other achievers is that he is not detached and calculating as most such people are but he is warm and caring and makes it look as if it’s no big deal and he does enjoy every bit of it.
It’s not for nothing that i have been stuck with him since TVXQ days when he wasl the member I liked best. Well , he has a weakness for tattoos and my weakness is that when he flashes that happy sunny smile I forget the tatts and get drowned in the happiness he radiates.
Haha let Jaejoong be who he would like to be and just sit back and enjoy every work he brings to us. No worries !
Anna Liza, if you go to Shy Tattoo’s Instagram account…I think it’s in comments in the Flowsik Instagram/Jae post where the peace tattoo first showed up. You will see that same tattoo….it was either on her or someone else (not Jae). I hope there is a story behind the uneven lines and the off centeredness of it all. Perhaps broken peace between North and South Korea?
@Geirgua Peach I have two concerns. One is that as an actor he should remember that those tatts in visible places are unsuitable for some roles. They had to cover them up in Triangle and luckily none of them were visible in Spy. My bigger concern however is medical which are too many, starting from various infections from needles that were not auticlaved between cliens (do they even have autoclaves? ) to various allergies ( is that what those bandages hide?) And most frightening – all that cocktail of heavy metals such as mercury and even arsenic that get not only into the dermis but penetrate into bloodstream and the organs. If he should need n MRI one day those metals start meltin . Tattoo parlours are supposed to inform their clients of the risks they take but would they do that at the risk of loosing their few bucks
A. L., I too share your concern over the health issues associated with tattoos. Many people have have found out too late that they are allergic to the dye of the ink. I’m really hoping he’s not going to fill his inner arm with more tatts around the simple peace symbol!!! Say like Jay Park’s mural or Taeyang’s huge cross on his side! Getting a tatt on the inside of your arm is the least painful place to get a tatt. Maybe, after having the large tattoo below his navel it has made him think twice about getting anymore large tattoos. He totally, totally looked in terrible pain from the photo that the artist posted!

Baa…. Justin Timberlake …. where do they see Justin’s jawline under that beard. He cannot at all compare to the princely beauty of our Jaejoong. As to Orlando Bloom, yes the jawline is there even though he has clearly aged he has had the good sense to remain skinny thus retaining the well defined jawline. And Jaejoong, in platinum hair, will make an excellent new versiion of Legolas.
