I see that journalists are somehow stuck with a quota / With celebrities’ high-price fashion, the tendency the general public’s eyes turning to it is very strong. I see something is getting hidden / Dispatch is trying to strike Kim Junsu after not having made celebrity gossip during the candlelight political situation [T/N: the protest for current South Korean President Park Geun-hye to resign], and while other mass medias are in the middle of pointing out high-price fashion

In particular, for #JYJ KIm Junsu’s case Dispatch strikes at the front, and I think the other medias have some kind of intentions to be striking in the other direction. / There is a current that seems to be happening in politics. Something is afoot with them.. #strangetrend

so is the true coming out now?
It is good to know….that at least some people are aware of what is happening to Junsu. I really can’t believe how Korean media operates!
Yes, it’s heartening to know that someone else is awake and watching these “strange trends” in Korea. Now maybe if he follows the trail he’ll find a bunch of paid trolls at the end of it. The Dispatch is also obviously deeply compromised.
there is another nasty article on AKP – it would be great if you can go there and post something sensible – there is so much hate. in times like this we have to stand up for our boys!
Again, I have to ask myself, are they real people or are they paid trolls? This practice is rampant in K-Pop and these days SM has a LOT of that lovely EXO money to spread around doing all manner of dirty tricks.
i am afraid there are both – many hateful people who are stans of other groups or even companies?!?, and there are paid trolls trying to steer and control people’s opinions in certain direction…no doubt SME has the money and motive to play dirty, and the recent info about them getting a loan at a low rate because of political connections just adds to this…
I think it’s a bit of both, paid and hateful people. If you go and see the original Korean article, you would get the sense that these people seem TOO adament on bashing Junsu without all the facts which screams paid, meaning that this has been planned to bash Junsu ahead of his enlistment.
Yes, think you’re right. But the bottom line is that his fans are not easily swayed because he is not just another pretty little boy idol, of which there are many, more coming all the time, each easily replaceable in the hearts of young fans. Junsu’s one of the most talented young men in Korea, who has proved himself a star as a member in 2 legendary idol groups, then as a solo artist, in musicals, as a showman, and as a sought after artist for ost songs for dramas. His agency has also released a comprehensive explanation of the facts surrounding the controversy. Junsu’s fans will read that and fears will be allayed. So now it’s up to us to call out the scurrilous rags that are printing trash about him in no uncertain terms. In this case, the paid trolls won’t get very far either. They are hollowed out straw-men who will quickly move on the moment they are no longer being paid. it’s just like with Yuchun. All those “netizens” just melted back into nothing when real polls came out and it became clear that Yuchun’s fans were standing strong on his behalf – they weren’t going anywhere. Maybe the newer fans aren’t all that aware of the history of JYJ but long-time fans know all too well. So it’s up to us to spread the word.
I’m happy to tell you that I delivered a ration of shit to AllK-Pop regarding their mean-spirited article as per your request, miss_di. 🙂
thanks a lot 🙂 god, i hate this site, but we have to go there from time to time, otherwise the haters will take over the JYJ-related articles and spread their lies
YOU GO GIRL‼️‼️‼️
you go girl!
Yeess!
I went to allkpop and the people were hating on Junsu are the same who are always hating on JYJ the same stupid die-hard SM stans+ some trolls, they were there hating on JJ for winning best vocal of all time in SM, they were there hating on JYJ for having the JYJ law, they were even hating on Junsu when he was dating, they hate on JYJ for breathing of course they can’t miss the opportunity dispatch have given to them don’t think it’s something that really worth worrying about.
well, if these people are not confronted and exposed as haters and liars, they will affect the way the general kpop fans and the many new fans perceive JYJ! they simply don’t rest. wait and see what happens when allkpop writes about T.O.P. and Junsu’s enlistment and Jaejoong’s concerts in Yokohama…
allkpop doesn’t often write about JYJ unless they want to start drama that’s why I hate them, they didn’t cover anything about Jaejoong’s tour the same for Junsu when he was active too they don’t put their comeback in features like they do for others. meanwhile for other SM and YG groups they keep writing about their every single tiny activities all the time though it doesn’t even bring them clicks …they promote even their IG posts so I think allkpop get sponsoring from SM and YG to promote their idols, I mean even BB and CL world tour tickets were sold via allkpop. I understand what do you mean about stoping haters from brainwashing new fans against JYJ, I just wanted to point that those haters are almost the same old SM stans who always hate on JYJ thankfully I barely recognize other non-fans hating on JYJ in allkpop readers there are smarter they use their minds rather than believing whatever allkpop write or what trolls and antifans say, I can’t say the same about that NB blog though, she’s a long known JYJ antifan who successfuly turned her readers to JYJ antis
I completely agree with you on allkpop as a site…sadly, they barely posted anything about Junsu activities, they are likely to do the same about Jaejoong’s activities ‘cos there is nothing so far about his concerts… but the example you give with this NB blog – I am afraid this can happen on allkpop, the biggest kpop site…omg, just read some of the articles on NB – i don’t visit it – she translates only negative articles/comments about JYJ, but thank god most of the visitors were supportive of JYJ!
It’s amazing how quickly people believe Dispatch.
They have words of an employee(If he was really an employee), had a bank statement and they made the conclusion that Junsu is a thief who takes the profits for himself. And people quickly believed that, disregarding other sources that say otherwise. How much hate do you have in your heart that blinds you from seeing the truth?
Now, He is receiving hate, his family is receiving hate and also JYJ. When will people see the truth and leave them alone?
I will never understand this type of behavior – never. I’m going to just keep in mind that Junsu’s fans love and revere him and his great talent. This kind of crap is going to change no one’s mind. Remember, among other qualities, Junsu is one tough-minded young man – he’s a fighter. I’m always going to bet on him and his ability to move forward confidently.
Lilibaiyu, I agree with the tough minded and all, but for some reason I’m still more apprehensive about him going into MS. He just seems more sensitive and innocent than our other two. Tell me he’s going to be okay! I’m sure he will be, but……I don’t see him adapting easily.
He will be fine. As @ lilibaiyu said, he is a fighter. He has thay worrior spirit that keeps him going. I don’t believe in Reincarnation but if I did, I would bet that he was once an esteemed worrior feared by many.
Warrior**
Thanks Zamo. I look forward to seeing a post from someone telling us he is doing fine! I guess in light of the garbage about the hotel, Junsu’s family said their goodbyes at home ….. I see mama Kim in tears after Junsu left home.
I’m certain he will make the best of it, GP. He is the most competitive of the 3 certainly and he’ll have plenty of young men to compete against. He’s also a natural leader, remember his soccer team? He’ll be fine. I just hope he gets the message that his fans will support him and be there for him when he returns. And of course, my own hope is that there will be new music to be released while he is gone.
Yes, I think he will follow Jae’s lead on that new music while he is gone. It certainly worked for Jae and Junsu is sure to have taken note of that. I guess you’re right about him. He’ll be fine…..I hate it that he left with those ridiculous stories about the hotel sale floating around. It’s a shame the hotel wasn’t a success for him and the family. He is just is such an adorable person….I don’t want that spoiled in him. You really think he is the most competitive of the three? I’m sure Jae gave him advice along with Yuchun too. Jae said to make friends fast….wonder what Yuchun told him?
I certainly believe he is the most competitive. He hates to lose, but he’s fairly philosophical and good natured about it when he does. My only concern is that he’ll over do it keeping ahead of 18 year olds. The most important thing is that he gets enough sleep and from what I’ve seen of the army training schedules he should, as long as he’s not keeping himself up worrying about stuff he shouldn’t be.
Junsu hwaiting!
Oh for sure…..Junsu HWAITING! Everyone has encouraged me so. I do feel better about Junsu now and this MS. I think I too, like others, tend to look only at that adorable smile and think he is a softy when he isn’t. These last seven years of determined performances and relentless persuit of his career should have made me realize he was not as soft as he might appear. And I’m glad for that he may appear a softy…..who could do without a Junsu smile?
I think the strange trends he is talking about is the tendency of Dispatch to blow up dating scandals & other celeb scandals any time there is a political scandal. Dispatch is known for taking payments from people & blackmailing celebs. I have often wondered if they actually sought out & offered payment to make up a similar sounding story to the later women who accused Yoochun. It would be no surprise at all if they are also paid by politicians & chaebols to try & downplay their scandals with a juicy celeb one – in fact, given Dispatchs reputation it would be more shocking if they weren’t taking payments from politicians & chaebols. I don’t know how many Koreans take Dispatch seriously – it’s a freaking tabloid for goodness sakes, & as I’ve written is known for being corrupt, but it’s so frustrating to see the herd mentality of the Korean comments on sites like NB where their opinions change with every new article on a subject. I don’t think sm are at the bottom of every JYJ “scandal” though, & I don’t think Dispatch hates JYJ – they are a tabloid who makes their money off of scandal & unfortunately JYJ as celebs are easy targets.
To me it seems obvious Junsu didn’t know about the delayed payments tbw & as soon as he found out he started selling off his own property to make the payments. I think his only mistake was to let his family manage the hotel when none of them had any experience in doing so, but that was a mistake form naivety & loyalty to his family, not one of greed or malice.
that is how i see it also. thank you for the insightful comment
Here’s the thing, there never were delayed payments. Toscana, C-JeS from the start said that there never were delayed payments. He sold his stuff to pay people on time. Koreaboo changed Toscana’s statement but Sports Donga reported it correctly. His famliy managed the hotel amaturely but it never affected the salaries of the staff.
They made it up.
A thought popped into my head, Why do people believe that Junsu’s family would allow mistreatment and delayed wages in the first place? Junsu’s family is one the nicest families out there. If Junsu wouldn’t allow mistreatment, why would his family allow it?
Wasn’t there a lot of criticism of Junsu’s family during the break-up? I wasn’t a fan then but I’ve read some posts that say that. Perhaps it carries over.
I guess so. Just continuing the train of hate and nonsense.
I mean his mom is highly respected in their 7th day Adventist church for God’s sake.
His brother admitted there were delayed payments in his initial SNS posts, since deleted. & there was that discrepancy on two articles JYJ3 translated of Toscana’s statement, one that said there was no delayed payments:
& another that said there was:
Not attacking you JYJ3, just pointing out the discrepancy. There’s also that document purportedly showing the actual amount of days some payments were delayed although it’s veracity hasn’t actually been proven or disproven as far as I’m aware. & Junsu’s own instagram statement didn’t clarify whether there were delayed wage payments or not, just that he sold his own real estate & assets to guarantee wage payments, which could be interpreted that there weren’t payment delays but also doesn’t explicitly state that. CJes also said at the start that Toscana is Junsu’s personal business & thus they have no knowledge & no comment on it.
Whether there were wage delays or not I honestly believe Junsu didn’t know how bad the mismanagement was & that as soon as he found out he did everything he could do to cover expenses & guarantee the employees wages. If it’s proven there were no delays in payment I’ll be happy, but it won’t change my opinion either way that Junsu did the best he could with what he knew at the time.
& I don’t think most FANS are thinking Junsu’s family are horrible or that they cruelly mistreated employees. Just that they were in over their heads in a complex business situation they had no training for or prior experience of & that they made mistakes, like all humans do.
Junsu had good intentions towards the continued development of the hotel but the lack of experienced management staff created problems that he wasn’t aware of, I’m sure. The dispatch seems to employ the “wounded bird” method of reporting- that’s where a bird drags its wing to distract you from what is hidden behind it. Unfortunately Junsu seems to be the one they used for this to keep the public eye diverted from political scandals. It’s not the first time a JYJ member has been used like this and sadly, it probably won’t be the last. It’s like the guys are easy targets for this kind of manipulation of the public. I really hate when this happens to them!
Btw, did anyone else notice that the reports about those that slandered Yuchun and the sentence they received barely rated a 30 second blip on the news? The news sites and haters talked tons of trash about him but almost nothing was said about his being fully exonerated and the perps were found guilty in a court of law.Makes me want to snarl and take a chunk out of some people/companies.
