Yes I got that: “and soup (nabe) with a lot if meat”. But the word AND shows there was something else before the nabi. I was talking about what was written before that which is sea urchin. I have stepped on a sea urchin and have learnt to steer well away from them and know that besides exceptionally long quills there is nothing much else while sea cucumbers are considered a delicacy in China and East Asia.
You must not have heard of Uni(sea urchin) in Japanese cuisine.

Thanks for the link. It confirms that the sea urchin I wrote about is the very same spiky creature that I stepped on and is shown in this link. And it also confirms that there isn’t much to eat, well, except its nuts. May be that’s why when I was in Japan both times I was offered unogi but never uni.
I wish you had given this link right from the start. It would have saved lots of writing as I had written about sea urchins while you were writing about soup with lots of meat.

Well gosh, I knew that song sounded familiar in Jae’s first video….in the car. It’s Stevie Wonder’s For Your Love❗️From way back in 1995. Not sure whose singing it….don’t think it’s SW though…it’s a female voice, right? Our Jae really was in a mellow state that night. Never go wrong by listening to a Little Stevie Wonder tune!
