To be honest, I’m not used to Japanese TV programs yet. I’m especially nervous when I sing in front of the camera. It’s a chance for a lot of people to know me, so once is a serious game. How did you start to think that way?
There was a time I was thinking about quitting my job in the entertainment industry. It’s not fun every day, but I wonder why I’m living so desperately, I think it’s a waste of life to be clinging to the entertainment world.
My top priority is work, but sometimes people around me don’t feel the same way. If there is too much of that gap, I have no choice but to go on a different path or give up. It was time when such a conflict existed. About two years ago. It’s recent, isn’t it?

From there, how did you pick up your feelings?

What do you care about when you sing a cover song?
I think there are many ways to sing the cover, such as taking advantage of my characteristics to interpret the original song completely, or to draw it to the original artist, but I’m going to draw to the feelings of the original artist as much as possible. I try to sing like I can feel it.
