Dear Readers,
I’m sad to inform you that after so many years updating with JYJ’s news, etc. we have decided to close the site.
JYJ3.net was opened on January 2nd, 2011, our main goal was to inform the fans regarding JYJ vs SM’s Lawsuit and to update everything related to JYJ.
Lately, things have been complicated for admins to keep updating the blog, there are more responsibilities that doesn’t allow me to keep JYJ3.net.
I would like to thank everyone who was involved and worked in JYJ3.net, the admins, translators, graphic designers, etc. Especially to Rilanna and Holly that were the last admins along with me.
I want to thank also to our readers, followers and commenters too; you may probably don’t know this, but everytime I felt sad and wanted to leave everything behind me, you were one of the main reasons to keep me back with your encouragement words.
Thanks to JYJ for all those wonderful years, I have been a fan of you since TVXQ5 days, I’ll never regret to follow and support you guys.
Everyone probably know this too, I’m a big fan of Kim Jaejoong, thank you for being who you are, you are the reason why it all began in the first place.
I really would have liked to say goodbye in other circumstances, the only thing that I’ll regret is that I couldn’t keep the blog to finally see JYJ on Music Shows and Variety Programs, promoting their music/work in group or solo activities. Yes, the lawsuit already ended, but seems like we still can’t reach this other goal. I hope that little by little the doors open completely for JYJ/ Jaejoong/ Yuchun/ Junsu …hopefully.. one day..
Regarding JYJ3.net future activities, the blog will keep all the updated posts as archive.

Sorry to hear this… JYJ3 has always been a great source for JYJ fans. We may have our individual biases but we rooted for JYJ because of their sheer talent and the unfair struggles they (and fans) went through and in some circumstances, still going through.

Gosh, I’m so sorry and heartbroken about this. From the bottom of my heart, I’m really grateful to you and your team for all the hard work you’ve put into this site. The wealth of info here is staggering, which has only made me appreciate JYJ more. I can only imagine how much time and energy you’ve spent in providing all of it. It can’t have been an easy decision to come to, but I hope at some point you would be able to open this up again. I hope so… sorry, I don’t mean to make you feel bad about your decision, ok. 🙂 .
I found this site about end of May 2016 but didn’t actually join until about mid-June. This was at the height that stressful time with Yuchun’s case and I was looking for a place to engage with like-minded fans. I found this site to be a haven from all the crazy noise/hate on the net and everyone has been so welcoming. I’m just gutted I didn’t find you much earlier.

This is so sad Mia! But I was facing kind of the same situation. I was from JYJBrasil fanblog and little by little my life started to get busy and I had other responsabilities and so on. In the end, I had to stop. Thankfully other admins could keep the job in my place. JYJ3 was always a great reference to us, fans who can’t speak korean.
I hope one day we can see the three of them promoting activities freely and else. Glad to be part of this amazing fandom!

Been here for a long time. I been here with the boys since 2004/2005 and I understand we get oldr, we don’t have the time or energy to have these blogs and stay up to date as we’d like to. I understand. We will miss you SO MUCH because this is like the biggest JYJ site on the internet, and keeps it up to date all the time.

I’ll never forget the early days of JYJ3.net. It literally was the best of times and worst of times. So much fear and anger on behalf of how JYJ was being treated. And yet, so much solace to have a place to go to learn, vent, cry, laugh, share, and just celebrate these three remarkable men. I’ll miss this site more than I can say, and I thank everyone involved from the bottom of my heart. Best of wishes to you all and thank you again for bringing us so much JYJ Joy!!! And to us all, we may not have JYJ3.net, but we will always be together and continue fighting for Jaejoong, Yoochun and Junsu. There is still so much to come and I can’t wait 🙂

I found out about JYJ and JYJ3 in 2012, it’s JYJ3.net that helped me to become a fan. I liked JYJ and wanted to know more about them so I asked about them in allkpop, Kpopstarz.. I got answers like fanfictions how jyj are sad and regret their decision how Jaejoong, My bias too, is gay and misses his ex (which was the most shocking lie I’ve ever got) I’ve even read articles about JYJ from the infamous ex-members/antifan blog (truthoftvxq since it popped first on google even when searching about JYJ) but even as a new fresh fan I knew everything in that place was screaming hate, made no sense and no proper informations was given… I felt lost and in the edge of losing interest in JYJ until I found JYJ3.net the place felt so fancy and clean there were many sane fans and healthy conversations of people who are not thinking only about going back to the past, who are not faking love for JYJ and who are willing to support and fight for JYJ unconditionnaly at all cost without waiting for something else in return but JYJ happiness and success I felt so touched by this fandom (in JYJ3) loyality, maturity and pure love. After becoming a certified fan I realized how Kpopstarz delusional followers or allkpop trolls were lying at me but that wasn’t important I realized that JYJ3 was the only site where I was given accurate informations by both readers answers and Admins posts, the only drama-free site where people are satisfied and happy of JYJ’s present and optimistic about their future.

I was afraid this was happening when JYJ3 emails suddenly stopped. I always looked forward to your posts; esp. after the split (It was traumatic to say the least). When I decided to follow JYJ, I felt so excited and proud to be even a small part of the fandom….srry… I didn’t think I would cry!!! 😦 I will miss you all, but I hope we can meet up again: a JYJ concert ,maybe 😀 I will definitely continue following the JYJ members activities; it’s been 10 yrs of highs and lows, but I don’t regret any of it! Even though you decide to close it down but leave the page here, just remember if you are down, sad, or whatever it is that you are going, just come back to page and look at your hard work and that will make you happy and encourage you to continue on with life and whatever you are planning to do after leaving this blog.
it’s a sad news as jyj3.net has been a very strong reason that JYJ international fans can stick together and follow closely with the group when their agent has done so little for non-Japanese or Korean speaking fans.
Really appreciate JYJ3.net admins’ hard work during past years as it’s really hard to keep a live blog with so many news day to day. It’s tons of workload not to mention those unnecessary attacks and heartbreaking moments you suffered. Thank you for keeping all the lawsuits and JYJ history so that we have records of JYJ being part of the best time of tv5xq especially their former agent is currently trying to erase their efforts and lots of negative untrue news were pouring out.
Despite the three haven’t reformed and seems their battle to appear normally on tv screen is still a long way, it’s still hope as we saw JYJ especially Jaejoong is still trying their best to fight earnestly. Hope also after a while we will meet again here with more people participate and revive this blog. Most of all, wish you all continue to support jyj’s activities as a fan . I am a real fan of Kim Jaejoong. My journey started with PTB of Jaejoong in 2012. I fell in love with his voice in the karaoke scene beside his handsomeness and I was like “Who is this masterpiece?” 😍❤ When I searched in internet, I found DBSK, JYJ and JYJ3. They are all precious to me.
To JYJ3, thanks for your time and effort to support JYJ and help JYJ fans untill now. I appreciate and respect your decision. I hope untill this site gets its new updates one day, it will still be here for us to remember the past.

JYJ3 is the best source of info especially about Jaejoong. I remember reading from the oldest post up to the latest just to know more about Jaejoong during my 1st month as a fan.. I will always be grateful to all of you and bcoz of JYJ3 I met Kris unnie who inspired & taught how to make fanarts that I posted here,then little by little I learned how to make simple videos. Anna liza, Georgia and other fellow fans shared my excitement everytime I post here.. Saying thank you isn’t enough to express how grateful I am to all of you..

It is very hard for me to read of the closing of JYJ3. It was here that I found a wonderful group of people who adored JYJ as much as I did and it was here that I set my heart on seeing Kim Jae Joong in person. Which I was able to do. Seeing Junsu was such a bonus.
Admin…thank you for all your hard work of keeping us up to date on all things JYJ. You will be sorely missed, believe me. Please come back to us JYJ fans when and if you can…you are valuable to us!

I totally agree that this site is the most powerful international fansite for JYJ and its members. It simply provides a one stop service where I can find everything about the group and Jaejoong.
While it is said to say goodbye, I really appreciate and thanks for the efforts of all the admin in consolidating and updating everything here and capture high quality photos and video for sharing here. How much love you gals have with JYJ and its members for you to keep on the efforts to maintain this fan site for such a long period of time. As you have said it is a pity that JYJ still cannot manage to appear in music show as at todate. But everybody including JYJ members and their fans have tried very hard already. Why we still bother about the god damn hell Korean tv music shows. Technology is so advance nowadays and there must be many other ways for them to get in contact with and their performance be shown to the rest of the world. Sincerely hope one day you could be back here, not necessarily updating stuff so regularly but just have a place and venue for jyj lovers to gather!! A discord server or something isn’t a bad idea if they or someone else wanted to set one up.

With discord, you can have a chat room setup (accessible through a phone app, browser, & pc app – possibly more options.) You can also set up automatic updates from social media sites like twitter, tumblr, instagram, & some more I think. I could only get the twitter one working & I can’t remember how I managed it either.

You can set up several channels say if you wanted one specifically for translating Jaejoong sns posts, you could have one where fans could put up translations they did or share (& credit) translations they found elsewhere. I would recommend several channels & these are some examples (JJ SNS trans, JS SNS trans, English kpop news sites posts, CJES official SNS posts, concert/fanmeet/event translated fanaccounts, JJ fantaken pics/vids, JS fantaken pics/vids, JJ spazz chat, JS spazz chat, YC spazz chat, JYJ spazz chat.) These are just some suggestions to keep things a little organized & to reduce clutter making it easier to find updates.

Wow I must admit I was in pure sock when I first read your post that JYJ3.net site was closing down. Then my feelings turned into pure sadness. I can remember I discovered JYJ in December of 2011 and I joined JYJ3 on December 28, 2011. I really loved this site so much!!! I always looked forward to receiving emails of all of JYJ3 updates. This is the site that made me fall even deeper in love with JYJ as a whole and then let my love lead me to Junsu becoming my bias. As an international fan who does not speak Korean I could always count on this site to always give me updated and truthful information about JYJ. I never felt like I was being told untruthful information because I knew the admin truly loved JYJ as much as I do. And only wanted the best for them at all times like I do. This was a site that had awesome fans and I loved conversing with them about all things JYJ. All the fans on here shared a common thread and that was everyone loved, supported, and always wanted the best for JYJ regardless of their bias. With a heavy heart I am really going to miss this amazing site and all the fans who came here to talk about JYJ. I really do feel totally loss because I do not know where I can go and get the same truthful updated information about JYJ as a whole and Junsu individually. Even though I feel sad about this site closing I really do understand the reasons for why you must close the site down. I want to thank the admins from the bottom of my heart for all of the hard and dedicated work you have done in keeping this site up and running all this time. I wish you much success and happiness in all that you do in your future activities.

Two years ago I also had multiple surgeries for cancer and then months of chemo treatments – this site kept me smiling and entertained through it all, which helped me recover. I was a latecomer to this site and only found it when I was searching for some balanced and unbiased news about Yuchun and his troubles-it was like finding a place of peace and friendly people. I didn’t comment much but I read a great deal of the responses and encouragement for JYJ and many of the excellent articles. I know it’s been hard to do all this work for us, but just know that you brightened a lot of people’s lives with this site. THANK YOU SO MUCH and I wish that you all will have the best that life can offer!🙋
I have been hit with a sledge hammer. I have been paralysed, unable to write. My lifeline to my inspiration and life support has been terminated. I am lost. Where to next? If those CJes idiots knew what they were doing and cared at least a little bit about international fans, they should have reallized what exceptional influence you have had working for them for nothing and supported you and even taken over at this point. And this happens now when JJ has started opening up to international fans. In France he was confident enough to communicate in English and he even tried some French.
Thank you Mia, Rilanna and all of you who made this blog so informative, up-to-date, enjoyable. You led us in our support of the boys through their darkest days; they are grown men now but they still need and seek our support. Through you we cried for them and laughed with them, we learnt a lot and grew up ourselves.

I wish, we all wish, and I never suspected so many people read you on daily basis, even those who used to write long ago but became silent observers, I believe, we all wish you could continue, or you could just take a break and come back. I got on my FB a message from CJes which the automatic translator doesn’t make much sense of but it seems like Yoo Chun is planning to have a fan meeting in Taiwan so there is a survey to find out if anybody is interested to attend and if so the meeting will take place in Taiwan. Annaliza, the link you posted was in Korean with no translation options so I couldn’t get anything from that. The “survey” C-jes posted on Facebook is concerning all three members and you have to have bought something from C-jes and have photo evidence to prove it you can provide in order to have your survey submitted at the end of it, so if you don’t have those 2 things, don’t bother with the survey.
I couldn’t find anything on the C-jes JYJ page about a fanmeeting in Taiwan for Yuchun.
that’s pretty much what i decided after looking at that. too bad we can’t do anything to make a difference with it.

There’s a fan project for Jaejoong & Mine’s 5th anniversary going around on twitter & I’ve done my best to spread it to J & K fans. Basically it’s posting gifs of Jaejoongies Mine MV on twitter with the hashtag #MINE5th_Anniversary to spread awareness of how amazing this song is & how talented our Joongie is, with the additional aim of getting the youtube views to 6 million. If you can, please help everyone.
Hi Sapphie – Yes, I’ve also shared and helped promote that fan project. It seems like we mostly feature Jaejoong on the SU4JYJ page these days, although we do make a point of posting a photo a day of Junsu until he’s back and of course we post his various singing gigs as they come. Yuchun is still pretty much missing-in-action, by his own choice, so we continue to hope he will return – maybe once Junsu is back. Facebook now has any number of pages devotes to JYJ and the individual members (Yuchun still has tons of pages as an individual) so for anyone who wants to know What’s Next, as I remember doing when JYJFiles ended, here we all are – there’s plenty to choose from and we’ve really been enjoying the camaraderie among the page admins too. 🙂
@ Lilibaiyu Seems like nobody is reading my posts. Just above your post I had given the site for a survey regarding Chunnie’s fan meeting / mini concert which he is proposing to have in Taiwan. Before they confirm the event they are suggesting several venues in Taiwan and ticket cost and asking fans for their preference of venue and amount they are prepared to pay.
The survey ends at 11.59 on 14 January. (Tonight).
You Chun will have an event in Taiwan if you respond to the survey. Otherwise, I am afraid he may remain quiet for a lot longer

I think that is not a concert. It is an event for the Japan jaefans club members to apply . 2300 members will be selected, probably by lottery I think. The event is called Bright Start, I think that signifies the kick off of the jaefans club in Japan. The event will only last for one hour and is many not in a ‘talk’ format.

I’ve read some tweets from people saying the Korean public is very unforgiving and implying that if Junsu and Jaejoong work with Yoochun again it will hurt their careers. It’s hard for me to imagine people being so vindictive. I certainly believe that if they put out an album fans will buy it and if they hold a concert fans will buy tickets and go. I don’t buy into the idea that Jaejoong, Junsu, and Yoochun are three solo artists who occasionally get together as JYJ. My understanding is that their solo careers started as a way to work around all the blocks put up by SM against them. After Junsu gets out of the military at the end of this year, we’ll see what happens.
In terms of keeping up with them, I follow a bunch of people on Twiitter who tweet about them or retweet things about them.
When JJ got an Instagram, I got an Instagram account too, and follow JJ and Junsu and CJeS and some other people who are close to them. I have a VLive account and subscribe to their channels. I follow Stand By JYJ on Facebook. I subscribe to Junsu, JYJ, CJeS, CJes, and Jaejoong related channels on YouTube. And I just joined the new JYJ group on Discord.
The hardest part everywhere is good English translations. JYJ3 was so good at bringing all that together and giving me context. Sigh.
why the Korean people are so unforgiving about yuchun? Unforgiving about his wedding? Or unforgiving about his involment in sexual allegations? Isn’t it that those have been found false allegations and the allegators have been sentenced to imprisonment?
Others I don’t know, but for Jaejoong, I bet he must feel very heart broken to see JYJ3.net going!
In one of the fan signs (I think it was the one in Japan) of his 2017 FM tour, one fan told him face to face him that she wants to see JYJ come back as a group. He said they will, and asked the fan to wait a little longer!
I guess it will be very hard and almost impossible for JYJ to release anything as JYJ in Korea again in this coming year. Yes as ppl said unfortunately it will effect on Jae and Junsu career if they do so. Yoochun image and career are damage eventhough he was found not guilty in those allegations. It will take a super luck and courage to revive it again. Cjes PR team have to do something if they really want to build Yoochun career again. I think if they want to release anything as JYJ, Japan market will be more suitable.

So sad. I have been following this site from the start after all the chaos happened to db5k site. Time past and we all have commitments in our life and unable to come as much as before. But lately without I realized I miss jyj and this fandom so much. To know that this awesome site have close is very very sad news for me. Anyway tremendous thank you to all the admin. You guys work hard. I pray all the jyj member will life happily no matter what will happen in future. I’m Junsu’ fans but I also follows other member progress. They deserved to be happy and keep on moving forward after all the struggles faced. Hope to see all jyj fans in other website. I will not stop supporting them. I know that managing a site of this magnitude, and keeping it fresh and up-to-date, required an almost incomprehensible amount of time and effort. I have a most certain idea that there were other reasons/ projects involved in this site besides fan updates which required an extraordinary amount of diligence on the part of the administrators. I am regretful that I was not able to follow through on my perceptions. Thank you so much for your contribution to the JYJ international fandom. It takes a lot of work and coordination to compile and update a site such as this. This site was my main source of JYJ information from the start, and I will always appreciate the time, love, and dedication that went into creating this space. I wish all the admins, especially mia, all the best.
Anyone who is a bit lost as to how to keep up with JYJ news. I highly suggest downloading the vlive app. Where you can watch videos with english subs of the guys by following their individual channels, or CJes’s channel. For minute to minute updates Twitter is the place to be. You don’t even really have to have an account if you just want to read news and updates. Just type in the twitter search bar, Jaejoong, Junsu, Yoochun, or JYJ and you will get tweets containing their names. Translations and fandom news are there quickly from sources such as @crystalmoon0213 (korean trans), and @rubypurple_fan (japanese). Onehalyu also has a jyj thread which is updated regularly by sumikosan. I hope everyone continues to support JYJ in their own ways. Thanks again JYJ3. I will miss you.

Well this sucks big time. This is the only site I’ve been able to find to keep up to date on all of JYJ and Jaejoong’s activities. This is how I find out EVERYTHING he’s been doing and about to do… concerts, new music, dramas. This blog has helped me SOOOO much, it’s how I was able to find out and able to attend 2 of JYJ’s concerts, without this I wouldn’t have even known about them. I understand where it’s a lot of work and feeling the need to move on. Thank you for all your hard work over the years you all did a GREAT JOB. I’m guilty for hoarding lots of pics of Jaejoong and get them from this blog. I all truly sad.

My adult life hasn’t given me as much free time so I can imagine how hard it must have been for you and all the admins to keep us posted on JYJ as much as you have been. In translating, the song’s name is called ‘The light followers 追光者’. The lyrics are beautifully written. On net searching, I found that the song itself has been re-sing in many languages including English and Japanese.
@ pipppi0718 Take heart, I don’t think @jaechnsu is going anywhere. She is only quoting what Mia had said when she announced the closure of her blog and telling her that if Mia had only waited a little longer we would have all rejoiced together to see Jaejoong back on TV in Japan.
I think, we haven’t abandoned either Jaejoong or Junsu and Yu Chun but it has become much harder to stay in touch with each other and to be up to speed with the action packed Jaejoong. Cheers!

I was also surprised to see so many waiting for our JJ at Gimpo. What’s happening to Koreans? Are they waking up to the danger of the Japanese claiming him as one of their own? Looks like Seoul-Tokyo Seoul route to him is like what a walk in my garden is to me. I can’t keep track of his comings and goings 🙂 So happy that we can touch with each other here from time to time.

Actually according to some other posts I saw, the big crowds of people were from other fandom waiting for other idols. They are not jaefans. But as soon as JJ stepped out to the arrival hall, he looked so amazingly cool that he had drawn all the attention of the crowd and media there. And they kept on video him and followed him to the car. JJ was not quite expected to appear there and then. That’s why only his manager was around. Even his security staff was not there. Just his manager. JJ was also surprised to see so many people turning to him. Fortunately no chaos happened.
I am so happy whenever I see a comment from JYJ3.net show up in my email. I miss everyone here a lot. It’s just not the same without jyj3.net. I hope everyone is doing well.

Hi everyone…I feel quite lonely n tired today so I came here to read new messages and reread old messages which I occasionally do. It’s makes me feel relax and happy and I miss this site very much. I’m rarely write comments here just reading the messages.
It’s raining this friday morning. I just order Park Yuchun Mini Concert and FM Hall Tour DVD 2018 and I ordered it quite late since this site no longer update and I miss new news about them JYJ activities alot. The other FB and blog are not the same as this site. really really miss this site and the news about our boys JYJ. since Junsu is already finish his MS, Junsu will start a new project and I will miss a lot of his news too and JJ too and for YC I sincerely hope he will active in acting and singing and stil waiting for JYJ to be together and do concert together.

I came back to the fandom and observed jyj’s fans aren’t active as before in twitter I become sad but I understand them and I just hope they still love them. I really missed reading comments here.
