CLASS FAQ
Q. When will the class be available to watch?
A. The class will open on January 8th 2021 at 12PM, and for those who subscribe for class open notification will be notified.
Q. What is an EarlyBird Pass?
A. It is a package promotion for those who make purchase during the Early Bird period. Buyers will be benefited with below:

– EarlyBird Benefit 2: Access to Making Film
– EarlyBird Benefit 3: 5 photocards + 3 postcards of Jae Joong

ONLY THOSE WHO PURCHASE DURING THE EARLYBIRD TIMELINE WILL BE ABLE TO BENEFIT FROM THE ABOVE
Q. When will the above mentioned benefit(photo cards, postcards, photo workbook, polaroids) be shipped?
A. The workbook will be delivered after the 8th of January, 2021, once the class opens. (Delivery may be delayed couple days due to Covid-19)
Q. Do the classes have subtitles?
A. All the classes will have Korean, English, and Japanese subtitles within a week of class open.
Q. When will I be able to see the playing time of each chapters?
A. Once the class opens you will be able to see the duration of chapters on the class page. (Note that there may be slight difference between the paying time now and once the class composition is completed.)
Q. How long is my pass valid for?
A. Even if the purchase is made within the EarlyBird period, which is before the actual class opens, your pass will be valid for a year from the date the class opens. If you purchase a pass after the class opens, you will have access for a year starting from your payment date.
