To commemorate the release of movie [Sea Fog] (directed by Shim Sung Bo) today (13th), daily life on-board the movie’s main backdrop, the “Chonjin” (T/N: boat), are shown.

On 13th, never-been-released still cuts taken by Director of Cinematography Hong Kyung Pyo for movie [Sea Fog], were revealed.

With the “Chonjin” sailing in an endless open-sea and its kitchen as background, the still cuts not only show details of daily life of sailors but also a shy yet easy-going Dong Sik (JYJ Yuchun) as well as Hong Mei (Han Yeri). Moreover, Yoo Seung Mok who plays Kyung Gu was smiling gently towards the camera, inviting smiles from people who see him.

In particular, not only do we see Moon Sung Keun who plays Chief Engineer Wan Ho cooking ramen (T/N: noodles), but also Yuchun who totally looks the part of the youngest sailor Dong Sik doing work at the kitchen slicing sashimi (T/N: raw fish), further attracting interests.

In order to film realistic scenes, it seems that more than 70% of the movie was filmed on actual sea, and the still cuts revealed were able to capture realistic characters on-board a boat. Our expectations are heightened for movie [Sea Fog] which opens today (13th) in Korea.
