[TRANS] July 17, China-South Korea’s first copyright protection promotional video starring China-South Korea youth’s idol stars Park Yuchun and Qi Wei has begin filming. The National Copyright Administration of the People’s Republic of China and Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of South Korea awarded each appreciation plague individually to Park Yuchun and Qi Wei; we thank them for raising awareness and showing support toward copyright protection for China and South Korea. The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism signed a ‘business agreement on jointly forwarding the copyright protection campaign’ with the National Copyright Administration of the People’s Republic of China (NCAC) at a Paju studio in Gyeonggi-do on July 17.
For this cause, to produce the campaign’s images and video that will star South Korean and Chinese representative actors with the 3 broadcasting contents of KBS Media, iMBC, and SBS Contents Hub; the Ministry of Culture, Sports & Tourism and Korea Copyright Commission will release at the same time in the latter half of the year, through South Korea’s terrestrial broadcast channels and China’s state-run broadcaster CCTV.
Park Yuchun from South Korea and Qi Wei from China will participate in the form of volunteering toward the campaign, to make the images and video that are created with the subject saying ‘Copyright Protection begins from fair play by you’ .
At today’s signing ceremony for the business agreement, two countries’ government officials delivered an appreciation plaque –with the South Korean and Chinese government jointly named– for Park Yuchun and Qi Wei.
