[NEWS] 140628 Park Yoochun comments on opening of ‘Sea Fog’ at his Shanghai press conference “wants to receive love from a lot of audiences”
Group JYJ’s Park Yoochun talked about his thoughts toward the opening of his screen debut movie ‘Sea Fog’.
On June 28, C-JeS Entertainment said, “Park Yoochun referred to his movie ‘Sea Fog’ that is opening in August, toward Chinese reporters at the press conference for his fanmeeting held at the Shanghai Marriott Hotel”.
Park Yoochun answered a reporter’s question that ask him on the subject of the success for his own screen debut ‘Sea Fog’: “I want ‘Sea Fog’ to be a memorable movie in the audience’s memories”. Continuing, Park Yoochun said, “Because this is my hard work together with the director and actors that made the movie happen, I hope there’s as much greater interests toward how we made this movie all together, than ‘How does Park Yoochun demonstrate his acting within this movie?’,” and, “I hoped our movie ‘Sea Fog’ receive love from a lot of audiences; and I hoped I conveyed everyone’s passion in working together,” and talked about his expectations.

On June 23, JYJ member Park Yoochun appeared on one of China’s top variety programs, Hunan TV’s “Happy Camp,” for the show’s ‘male god’ special.
Park Yoochun was the only Korean actor invited to the ‘male god’ special, as a well-rounded star with acting talent, who is cute, charismatic, gentle, etc. He captivated the 1000-member audience upon entrance with his white suit, and was able to hold comfortable conversation with the hosts and other guests on the show, as well, smooth in front of the camera.
Park Yoochun’s “Happy Camp” episode is set to air on July 12, and this coming June 29, he will be having his “Housewarming Party” fan meeting in Shanghai.

Korean celebrity Park Yoo-chun stole China’s heart on the popular Chinese TV show “Happy Camp” during the filming of the show on Monday.

Park Yuchun wants to play a villain; loves the crown prince most; chooses entangled roles.
This year Park Yuchun acted in ‘Three Days’; compared to his previous 2 dramas ‘Rooftop Prince’ and ‘Missing You’, this one was not as hot. Yuchun revealed that he chose ‘Three Days’ because the character Han Tae Kyeong was always protecting others. Through this role, he hopes that people will also feel that he is a dependable person who can protect others.
Yuchun revealed that when he chooses roles, he prefers roles with conflicts/entanglements, physically and emotionally. That is why we have the tormented Han Jung Woo in ‘Missing You’ and the stubborn Han Tae Kyeong in ‘Three Days’.
But his favourite role is Lee Gak from ‘Rooftop Prince’. He said, ” ‘Rooftop Prince’ gave people a happy mood and the emotions were very real. This drama lingered in me for a long time and I am captivated by the character.”
