[RANKING] Kim Jaejoong’s NO.X Album ranked in the top 10 of Gaon Album Chart (2016 1st Half)

The Gaon Album Chart is a korean national chart that ranks the best-selling albums, including mini-albums and singles released in South Korea, provided by the Korea Music Content Industry Association. The charts are made up of charts tracking domestic album sales, international album sales and a combined overall album sales in weekly, monthly and year-end format.

Kim Jaejoong’s NO.X Album was released in February 12th, 2016.
Despite Kim Jaejoong is being banned to promote his music for almost 7 years, he can’t perform on music shows, he can’t appear on variety programs and radios, etc. without promo at all, and while he is currently serving in the army, which means no fansign events, Kim Jaejoong’s NO.X Album ranked in the top 10 of Gaon Album Chart (2016 1st Half ) with 85,499 copies sold.

• Note 1: Although Gaon Chart is suppose to take the sales of Hanteo + Oricon Charts, this time seems like there is a discordance,
  Just by your information, the cumulative sales of NO.X Album till February 29th was:
  Hanteo Monthly Chart: 73,160
  Oricon Monthly Chart: 19,930
  Cumulative Sales in February: 93,090 copies sold

  Since Jaejoong’s NO.X Album is released with limited copies, we are not sure how much he sold, but certainly we don’t know why Gaon Chart didn’t count Hanteo + Oricon like they do with other idols in the ranking. Either way, we are still proud that Kim Jaejoong ranked in the top 10 of Gaon Chart despite everything ^^

[NEWS] 160609 XIA Junsu’s regular 4th album is No.1 on Gaon & Synnara charts…proves its album power

On the 9th, C-JeS Entertainment stated, “Released on the 30th of last month, Kim Junsu(XIA Junsu)’s regular 4th album ‘XIGNATURE’ rose to No.1 in the album overall chart category in the 23rd week of Gaon Chart (May 29th~June 4th), a chart that totaled up albums”.

Moreover, it ascended to No.1 on Synnara Record’s Album Weekly Chart and No.2 on Hanteo Chart’s Album Weekly Chart. It also confirmed its explosive album power, equivalent to the favorable reviews that called it his best-ever well-made album.

Kim Junsu’s regular 4th album gather a lot of headlines from before its release with the musical colors unique to him, the legion of special featurings, and the meeting with hit composers. Continuing, it swept the upper rankings of various online music charts and up to album sales charts, immediately after its release; and proved once again the aspect of an ‘artist to hear to believe’.

Meanwhile, Kim Junsu(XIA Junsu) will be hold his first performance ‘2016 XIA 5th ASIA TOUR CONCERT in SEOUL’ at Olympic Park’s Gymnasium Arena, at 6 PM KST on Saturday(the 11th) this week.
