JYJ3’s Note:
HEROSE (A Korean Jaejoong Fansite) have shared information they received from CJeS related to a recent incident involving Jaejoong, JYJ Weibo account and Yunjae’s fans. [The incident we’re referring to is this post.]
We decided to share C-jes’s Unofficial Statements to our readers, because our main purpose as a JYJ Fansite is to protect JYJ’s members from harmful rumors. Seeing how these rumors have spread internationally, we wanted to clear up this issue for you and prevent any further harm to Jaejoong that could be caused by this rumor. Through HEROSE’s Unofficial correspondence with CJeS, we now know that it was a staff leaving replies to fans on JYJ’s Weibo and not Kim Jaejoong himself.
1.- C-JeS’s Unofficial Statement to HEROSE:
[Chinese Translation]
JYJ members’ Weibo accounts are official Social Networking Services (SNS) that were created to communicate with Chinese fans. The purpose of these accounts are very straightforward.
At the same time, the post that was retweeted was only a “greetings” post towards the “HI-OPPA” post, it did not contain any special intentions. In addition, myself as well as C-Jes do not have a clear grasp on the user ID of the original author or posts by other unspecified number of persons; and this incident occurred under such circumstances. Therefore, if upsetting and ridiculous claims as well as defamatory rumors toward this incident continue to appear, we will not be able to continue operating JYJ’s Weibo accounts.
As of now, conjectures done by a few number of fans on Weibo are all unverified and false. We now solemnly warn that, if this kind of ridiculous claims or contents regarding couples continue to appear, we will take legal measures.

2.- HEROSE’s Summary + C-JeS Unnofficial Statement
Good Afternoon, This is HEROSE,
Recently, an incident occurred in which Yunjae’s fans weibo mentions were Retweeted (RT) by JYJ Official Weibo (JYJComeon). Because many chinese fans sent emails to Herose about the matter, we asked C-jes about the specific situation and requested to send a reply by email.
The unnofficial answer by C-jes about this issue is as follows:
“We can’t public say that it was managment staff’s mistake because we made official contract with the weibo headquarter, that the weibo be managed directly by the members (JYJ). We can’t answer about the issue because if the fact that members (JYJ) are not directly managing is noticed by the Weibo headquarter, it might raise issues with this case. Instead, we will give you a reply mail warning the Yunjae fans. We ask you to post it. And we hope that Jaejoong doesn’t know about this incident”
