Q: “We’re” is the main theme of the movie, tell us about it.
A: I started to write this song soon after the filming was over. As I have been unable to see our precious family, friends and my fans, I often have a moment when I miss them so much. So the song has a little painful feeling. I included the message that I’m not alone, we’re not alone.
Q: In the album we can listen to “We’re” both in Japanese and Korean version. Tell us your favorite parts and the parts you’re particular with in each version.
A: Well … I have many fans in Korea and Japan as well who have been waiting for me. So it’s good to be able to sing thinking about such fans. Moreover I consciously wrote the words to fit the story line imagining the scenes in the movie. I think it well matches the atmosphere of the movie. Read More →

Jecheon International Music & Film Festival (제천국제음악영화제, JIMFF) strives to be both a celebration of film set in Jecheon City and music for all generations and musical tastes. Jecheon is located in Chungcheongbuk province in central South Korea.
The Jecheon International Music Film Festival has established itself as the only music film festival in Korea where you can enjoy the emotions of movies and music, starting with the first in 2005. The 17th JIMFF was held for 6 days from August 12th to 17th, 2021. In this edition 116 films from 25 countries were screened. Due to COVID-19 pandemic surge it was organised offline as well as online.
Documentary movie “On The Road” participated in the section of Korea’s competition – Korean Music Film’s Landscape of 17th Jecheon International Music & Film Festival.

The film is a documentary about the autobiographical story of singer and actor Kim Jae-joong, who has made his debut for 18 years, looking back on his journey so far and looking for a new dream. Through the film, he disclosed the true story and everything in his heart that he had never told before. The inner story of Kim Jae Joong will bring deep touch and resonance to fans. “ON THE ROAD” is an autobiographical film which tells the story of the actor and singer Kim Jaejoong, who has made his debut for 18 years. It was filmed by the famous director John H. Lee, who was behind the famous Korean movies, “A moment to remember” and “Memories of a war”.
The movie was released on July 2nd in Japanese territory and, posteriorly, in Korea on July 21th. It’s currently available on Amazon Japan streaming platform.
