The woman in the picture is Carly Anderson, a Scottish actress who plays the roles of both ‘Lucy T. Slut’ and ‘Kate Monster’.

I think its more to stay in character, to reflect the character of the puppet.
Is it just me or is it easy to catch Junsu in a trap? In one of the soccer games, school girls surrounded him so easily, he seems meek and realizes too late where it’s heading. A fellow teammate had to come to rescue him, he couldn’t get out on his own ha ha. It was so cute how he got surrounded so easily, he’s too adorable for words. Just like with this, he probably never guessed what was coming, to him, he’s just going to take a pick next to a famous puppet then, all of the sudden he’s being touched and kissed by a puppet LOL.
