Yes she is Choi Myung-Gil, the actress who played as Yoochun’s mom in Ms. Ripley.
She created a twitter account very recently and tweeted to some of her colleagues/friends (Yoochun was the 3rd person she tweeted to). I heard that she took very good care of Yoochun during the filming, and it felt good to know that she still tries to keep in touch with him even after the show ended. Besides, the mentions between them sounded really sweet like a real mother and a son ( to other people she is just saying “Mr/Ms. someone, This is Myung-gil” ).
Oh its hard to resist the Youchun effect… LOL
