One of the most anticipated musicals of this summer, ‘Death Note’, has revealed its main poster with Hong Gwangho who will play the role of Light and XIA for L.
Fans expectations are rising since the synchronization of the actors with these two characters seems perfect. They can’t wait to see the harmony that they will make on the stage. The war to book the tickets is already announced!
The musical ‘Death Note’ was the hot topic since the start and the musical revealed the list of the casting and each member’s interview video. Especially XIA’s interview video had a tremendous popularity by being at the top of the real time search. It definitely proves how much the musical is anticipated by the public.
The musical is based on the comic with the same name, written by Oba Tsugumi and Obata Takeshi, and will be directed by Kuriyama Tamiya, the master of performances in Japan and Frank Wildhorn will manage the sound tracks of the musical.
A new kind of musical will be held so fans can’t wait to see this as soon as possible. Other actors such as Jung Sunah, Park Hyena and Kang Hongsuk will play on the show.
‘Death Note’ is about a young boy who finds a note which has the power to kill people by writing their name on it. The main character Light will try to be the new hero and has the ambition to save the world by killing criminals one by one. The world is confused to know about this ‘hero’ and some of them will try to arrest him since he made another crime.
Meanwhile, the musical ‘Death Note’ with XIA will hold from June 20 to August 9.
