JYJ‘s Junsu topped the list of stars with the highest value of real-estate holdings.
SBS‘s ‘Live Broadcast Today‘ recently released their list of richest stars in terms of real estate, and Junsu ranked at the top of the list.
Junsu was paid handsomely for his CFs and musicals, and he has been revealed to be a mogul of sorts in terms of real estate. According to the show, Junsu owns a penthouse worth 2.6 billion KRW (approximately $2.4 million USD). He also owns a townhouse worth 1.8 billion KRW (approximately $1.6 million USD) and land on Jeju Island worth 15 billion KRW (approximately $13.7 million USD). In all, his real estate holdings amounted to a total of 19.4 billion KRW (approximately $17.7 million USD).

so happy for him; and i know last year they said yuchun was one of the richest young stars of south korea, waiting for some jaejoong wealth related news! lol, these boys deserve every penny they earn and more!!!
JJ has elderly parents he takes care of financially…He has 8 sisters and the older ones gave him money for the New Years greetings, silly JJ…Since he is a warm hearted generous person, I’m sure he helps his big family out financially. We are sure, he is loaded…he deserves every penny.
Don’t forget he has two sets of parents that he love and support ( also financially, I heard ) and he spends more than the other 2… Remember Jae is one high maintenance guy imo….kekeke…. He invest $$ on restaurant and Coffee Cojjee and who knows what else. Anyway, I’m so proud of these fine young men…now they can enjoy the fruits of their labor, they work hard and deserve every penny.
This ranking is for wealthiest in real-estate (property consisting of land and the buildings on it, along with its natural resources) , so other properties/business are not considered. It could be that JaeChun put their money not so much on real estate.
So proud of Junsu!! He’s a smart and talented man! He deserves it all because he worked really hard to achieve success! 😀

CF contract refers to product endorsements like what JYJ have with NII and Tony Moly.

*lol* I remember recently news about other SM artists opened business for their parents…Some of them bought houses for their parents.All of THESE pail in comparison to JYJ post SM era. hehehe.. I’m so glad! Just goes to say that they are now earning more…and most especially earning what they deserve and worked hard for. Of course people at AKP are now bitching again…*lol*
I’m happy for him. But SM stans clealy isn’t. Just because there aren’t really a lot of JYJ fans in akp, they all go around and talk crap about him. He doesn’t deserve any of that.
They are just butt-hurt. Property wise, he ranked even higher than BoA. She’s sunbae of course but obviously, without SM they are now finally earning what they truly deserve. Those who do dirty business and don’t pay their “idols” well will eventually get it. SM is big as a company. But Even Jang Geun Suk who manage his own career is richer than most SM artists. go figure. 🙂

they live in the same apartment actually, but different condominium.. so that’s why sometimes they play together.. hehehee
They deserve every penny. They must have one of the most favorable contracts with Cjes than any other artist with their companies. I think we can tell who won over all this because we never see an SM artist in the richest, more real estate, and idol CEOs lists. They can look happy, wear designer labels and buy their first home or car which is great but with all the buzz the media makes about them you would think that they would be living more like JYJ but they just live nicely period. Of the money they make, their company takes a bit chunk and the portion that is left is then split into their numerous members. I’m happy that JYJ found Cjes or that Cjes found them.
JYJ signed with CJeS to manage their activities, so literally they are CJeS’s (VVIP) clients. CJes was formed because of JYJ, the company did not have a name that time initially and the only staff was Mr Baek Chang Ju whom is the CEO of CJeS now.
he works hard …thats his money so i am glad he has all these things.i will i always support him and jyj
