Their is no hope 😦 I feel sorry for JYJ
This hurt me… I’m also sad.
It’s not that there is no hope. JYJ will outlive and survive all of this. But as for all of SM artist, they are the ones who have no hope, because their company is corrupt, and what goes around in life eventually comes around.
In other words lets see where the memebers of JYJ are ten years from now compared to suju or Fx or even what’s left of tvxq. This corrupt system will not last.
True ! JYJ is more fortunate because they’re not under SM now.
@Erica
I agree.
well said. agreed. 🙂
Please don’t feel sad! It’s nothing much to worry about – the boys have lost nothing more than just anopportunity, and opportunities can always happen again. I’m sure the boys will have other things to be doing anyway such as concert, interview and movie shooting etc. It would be nice for more of the world to see them but that day will come; there’s no rush. Fans of JYJ have got the boys’ backs and I think most of us can say we’ll support them no matter what. I am sure our continuing love and support is what matters much more to the boys than an appearance at this Music Wave. Please feel better soon! ^^
though i’m trying not to feel sad but still there is this big lump in my throat making it hard for me to breathe…my heart feel so heavy…i always wanted what is good for them.
totally agree. God always there and help them. as you can c, the more SM try to block our boys in SK, the more they gain popularity in international arena. what the hell with that low class concert, they are no match for that, our boys medium are more spectacular, magnificent and extraordinary.. and pretty sure, some SM students never heard of these words nor pronounce it.
This,…..as expected. However, the reason of the conflict of interest between Agency is really really unacceptable. It show how powerless the organisation of the Incheon Asian Games are!
“conflict of interest between entertainment management companies”
WHAT THE FU88, MAN?!
Fair Trade Commission!!!!!!!!!!!!!
look at this idiotic oppression!!!
i’m sick of this.
I can’t possibly imagine what this “conflict of interest” might be……………..pfft! How about a real answer? -__-
Well at least this time they didn’t throw us bollocks for excuses. They spelt it loud and clear for everyone. I’m not surprised that SM’s not alone in trying to oust JYJ from the industry. The more they try to oust JYJ, the more they reinforce my belief that supporting them in their dreams is the right thing to do. Sooner or later these companies are going to fester and rot in all the bollocks they spew.
After one n come the other again..*frustration
Don’t know why..my desire to come to Korea gone to somewhere else!!
Bet the Boys already knew it..n stay to calm *coz this is not the first time anyway..
JYJ HWAAITINGGGG!!!! *we will always with you no matter what happen.. ^^
please. just bravely say, “There will b no JYJ appearance. All we need is their name. For TV purpose we will only put SUJU, EXO, SNSD, FX, SHINee, etc We r hell scared of entertainment companies even though we r the government.” ,
No hating for the groups.
Shall skip my tour to Seoul, wait for JYJ next concert out of Korea!
(Y)
YOU HAVE GOT TO BE F#%*ING KIDDING ME!! The KFTC really needs to look into this. EVERYBODY knows that SM (and there insane vendetta against JYJ for daring to turn their backs on the company) is behind this. If the KFTC can’t enforce justice, than they are useless and a joke.
I’m really pissed right now so this may sound over the top, but to all of the people in the promotion of the Kpop industry, artist, producers, broadcasters, Radio…. All of you who have stood silently by for YEARS while this crazy vindictive campaign against JYJ has gone on…… F#%* YOU! For not standing up to and speaking out about injustice. This is truly sad! Sorry if I overreacted, I’m just kind of in shock at how openly & blatantly wrong this is.
Sigh….. I’m tired….. Just way too tired ;/
time to tweet the organizers and thank them for at least being honest on their being powerless when it comes to the SM industry and that the bullies take precedence before their own country and their own tourism.
nakakainis ito!!! angry frustrated mode now…
I am not even surprised that JYJ was not going to be included, I expected it would turn out like this, so much BS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Who is the conflict of interest between, (“conflict of interest between entertainment management companies”)? Are they saying it is because of the conflict between SM and CJES? So basically anytime SM artists are involved in anything JYJ will not be able to be included? It is not like they were just not picked as an option from a pool of artists to perform at the games. They are the ambassadores and is singing the theme song for the games correct? Why would they not be included in the performances it makes no sense. JYJ probably want back out of being the ambassadores because they may feel people would not understand and treat them negatively. So basically they are stuck, so not right.
It doesn’t make sense!!!!!
then dont appoint them as an ambassador and used them like this…i cant stand seing a corrupt system laying on my face like this..what a joke
I know it will be like this.. if SM is still alive… huhhh..
So that Incheon Korean Music Wave concert has been held since 2009, why I’m not so interested on that show,
I think JYJ is over qualified or doesn’t belong to to their league, all typical idol performances . I don’t know but it’s awkward to watch the ambassadors dance Empty or Get Out with the same stage of all those rookies. Hope 2014 Incheon Game Promo Committee will organize an especial event to highlight the Honorary Ambassadors.
This show is not for JYJ, JYJ is meant for something better or of higher profile show.
First I was feeling very bad and sad but now after reading your comment I´m feeling differen, you are absolutely right they are just rookies and JYJ is real artists…
High five sist!! I’m join you in line!! ^^
“JYJ is over qualified and higher profile show!!!” GREAT!! 😀
I m soooo f#*kup right now!!!!!as though the whole Korea entertainment are afraid of Bloody shit SM……And that f#%king SM acts sooooo childishly……SM u shld act as man and let JYJ to stand on the stage……In that way, I think more people will respect u rather than looking down on U!!!!!!! SM I REALLY LOOK DOWN ON U……
I’m just looking forward to JYJ performing at the opening/closing ceremony of the Asian Games itself. Hello, high profile, possibly shown live to other countries stage 😀
You’re right… It will be just plain awkward to put the pro and the rookie groups in one stage!!! And JYJ is a group with wold class talents and fame! Not like the others who are pretending to be the best but its just them saying it with no knowledge of their status in KPOP!!!!
@Kris I never thought about that way. You have a very valid point. I feel a lot better thinking about this way. This is so correct the show is not for JYJ, they are meant for something better or higher profile show.
Yes,, it’s so true!! I really love ur comment ♥♥ Whatever happened, I’m always proud of our boys and they’ll be my best and no.1 group 🙂
I hope people of Korea will boycott the concert! Because that will show that JYJ is one of the most influential people in the Kpop culture and the force to be reckoned with!!!
I don’t care if jyj is not include in that concert but hopefully the incheon asian game organizing committee will KEEP their PROMISE to let our precious boys take part in their future events especially the overseas promotions.
But this is so ironic right, promote them overseas but deny them a stage in their own country. Doesn’t make sense no matter how you look at it.
i don’t think that we can keep the faith anymore … i think i lost it
I think keeping the faith here means believing and trusting that JYJ will be able to withstand all the obstacles facing them, and then emerging stronger than ever. They have come a long way since the lawsuit, and I don’t see them giving up yet, so cheer up ya?
i cant keep the faith for TV appearance BUT im still keep the faith supporting JYJ 😀
dont give up JYJ!! there is another way to make u shine!! ^^
I am with Kris do not take this as a negative but a positive, Like I posted before to show the power of JYJ hold a concert in a huge venue the same day, but I know they will not do that our of respect for the venue…. I just a huge group will march around those big companies for 7 days like in the bible to watch them tumble down…. The walls of Jericho came tumbling down…
EVERYBODY, ANYBODY OUT THERE WHO PLAN TO GO TO KOREA FOR THIS EVENT…DON’T GO THERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THIS IS A SHAME. No, THIS IS MAJOR SHAME FOR SOUTH KOREA ENTERTAINMENT WORLD.
Sorry…i really look down on SK music now although it’s not SK people fault.
SHAME ON YOU, SM! YOU ARE SO CHEAP! CHEAP! CHEAP COMPANY! I HOPE YOUR BUILDING BURN TO ASHES AFTER THIS!
IUDC and other chickens, you guys surely so scare of that SM mafia, aren’t you?
I find it ironic that they even asked JYJ to be ambassadors in the first place if they were going to do this… I mean, if they wanted to attract JYJ fans to attend the Asian games, then this fiasco is just counterproductive. I’m sure most if not all JYJ fans will boycott it now.
I think this B*llsh*t !!!!
Shame on the organizers ! SM overpowered their authority. pffffffffff !
So disgusting to exclude JYJ as their ambassador !!!
I think this is B*llsh*t !!!!

^ Let’s hope IDTC keep their promise & arrange for better event SPECIALLY for JYJ !!!
A group band who was invited in the inauguration of the President but will be expelled in Asian Games? Oooo come on. My hands are trembling because of frustration and anger when reading and replying this post. Oh dear. Supports from more than 25 countries are not enough????
I don’t think you understand the situation here. They will not “be expelled in Asian Games”. This Incheon Korean Music Wave is a separate entity from the Asian Games. It is not an event organised by the IAG Committee, nor is it solely held for the purpose of promoting the Asian Games. First and foremost, it is an established annual Hallyu event since 2009 held to promote Incheon City to tourists. They just decided to HELP promote the Asian Games this year because Incheon is the host city. JYJ will still be promoting the Asian Games in their capacity as ambassadors in events organised by the IAG Committee itself. It’s 2 different departments, and IAG’s Committee/IDTC basically asked the other department in charge of the concert if they can fit in IAG’s artist (JYJ) into their event. But they obviously don’t have the clout necessary to do so because MBC, the official broadcaster (and sponsor since its conception I think) basically have the final say in who’s actually performing.
Thanks for your explanationn
@iraaa
Thank you. This should be highlighted :

We need a PR man to make the fans understand this so as not to make careless comments, we might be barking at a wrong person. In short Incheon Korean Music Wave is doing a favor to Incheon which will host Asian Games next year by promoting it in that annual event organized by entertainment companies/MBC, so basically IAG can request but cannot demand to include it’s ambassadors, but the entertainment companies don’t want to include JYJ, so that’s it, no JYJ.
@iraaa and kris thank you both for your detailed information of what is going on. I was confused but now I understand what is going on.
@Flower
I’m thankful to @iraaa to give us the idea of the organizational set-up, it’s better for us to understand the flow of activities.
Hey everybody CHEER UP!!! We don’t have to fret over the issue of our beloved JYJ not included in the concert . . . This only shows how JYJ is above those bunch of SM junks of SK . . . Let’s keep watch on the promotional activities they have outside of SK . . . Meaning more exposure and more popularity for JYJ as World Class Artists!!!
At times like these I don’t know what or how to feel. Being angry doesn’t work. It only makes you sick.
To JYJ and the fans…please try to stay in the light.
When one door closes, another will open
If the other door doesn’t open, try the window
and if that doesn’t work, make your own freakin door.
Keep the faith…..its not the end….Let’s begin again shall we, but differently~*
(off soap box now) 🙂
@pinky lee love your comment and agree with it!!!!!!!
well..we lost one event and one day we will rewarded with more event.. don’t be sad and don’t lose hope, friends.. We must be strong. One day we will see them on event that even bigger than this… For you CJES company, or anyone who have access to JYJ’s management. Why you guys not put their performance on youtube on your own channel. ? c’mon.. invited 100 -200 fans or something into your own event, and hold JYJ mini concert there, then put whole performance on youtube. That will be good for advertisement as well.. and it will help people who not know about JYJ, can find out about Junsu, Jaejoong and Yoochun…don’t too much rely on TV in korea. Put a good use on youtube, yi yuen tai or any other streaming website….
It’s been years I’ve been talking about this, there’s the power/influence of YT, most people especially the young are not even paying attention on their tv set. But the sad thing is what can you find about JYJ in YT? all shaky/blurry fancams, thanks to illegal recording during concerts, and a mere 2 JYJ MVs, my heart aches thinking about it. This is what the management co. should be studying and investing on.
DAMN! I HOPE A LOT OF FANS BOYCOTT KMW2013 FOR NOT LETTING JYJ JOIN! THEY WILL F**&^%$#@ING REGRET IT.
what theeee ….. -_____________-
until when this would happen to them.
yeah, maybe we should try harder. a great success isn’t coming from easy ways. always keep the faith everybody
Why am I not surprised! They’ve done this too many times, I’ve stopped expecting good news whenever they are asked to be Ambassadors for some SK event. But so true kris, JYJ is way more talented than the rookie, cookie cutter groups of SM. I’d be more ashamed if they were to share the same stage as these try hard so called idols. The fans of these groups are impressionable teenagers who only go for good looks, but certainly lacking in talent. Though a lot of the fans of JYJ are beyond their 30’s, I’m also not surprised because we’re the one’s who can appreciate great talent, know what they fought for all these years, how they kept their heads up, and how they keep fighting. Let’s not lose hope friends. They gave us love and happiness, let’s not deny them whatever we can give them, everything they deserve from a wonderful fan group like ours.
i’m totally agree with u. our jyj deserve their own stage rather than sharing with those idols.
Like I have commented before on other threads, Incheon Korean Music Wave =/= IAG concert. This announcement comes as no big surprise. But I really wish people wouldn’t say things like “rookie, cookie cutter groups of SM” , “these try hard so called idols” etc because that is precisely the same criticism that faced JYJ early on in their career. “The fans of these groups are impressionable teenagers who only go for good looks, but certainly lacking in talent.” >> This rankles because this was said about DB5K’s fans before. I guess what I’m trying to say is I know how it feels when people say that about my fave group, who were looked down on just because they were labeled idols when I know they are talented and are capable of so much more than that. JYJ’s talents were a raw product honed over accumulative years, I hope you (and others) don’t forget that when criticising other junior idol groups.
@iraaa
I agree with you, now I feel sorry with my comment above. A careless, emotionally driven comments is usually out of tune. Yes, we should not be hurting other feelings.
@Iraa
Thanks for your comment. Just like my name implies, i am a jyj newbie, started liking them late last year. I’ve tried to keep abreast of everything they’ve been through but honestly I got stuck in their lawsuit with SM. I admire these boys so much, for their talent but more so for their ability to survive and move on. If I were an understanding fan, maybe I should have the same attitude, and so I am sorry for making such comments. In the future I will reserve all my ill-feelings for SM, who rightfully deserves all the anger and disappointments the fans are going through. I think we all feel the same feelings our boys go through, though I think they go through worse, and frankly I think i should move on in the same direction as they do. I have never heard them say anything bad about the new boy/girl bands, and so I am quite ashamed to have done so. Maybe I should read up on their earlier days so that I can appreciate them more now. Still, I want to shout out, JYJ FIGHTING!!!
@iraaa
Sorry, I missed 1 a in your name and I signed as simply jyj and not jyjnewbie, must have been rather confusing. Nice to meet you though.
(y)
with all my respect,I have to say that everyone in Korean entertainment world including other singers actors,musicians who are aware of this situation and remain silence,are to blame along with sm..this is a national matter from now on.JYJ can be considered as national heros in their own area since they represent their country with their extraordinary talents,courage and belief in justice and their down to earth respectfull personalities and honorable attitude.I’m repeating myself and saying that Korean officials should deal with and end this ugliest wrong doing against their precious artists who are well known globally.. at least in the name of protecting Korea’s prestige in front of the world.
I hope JYJ does not take on any ambassadorships for their country. In the end all they get is the feeling of being used and a blow to their self esteem. It’s not worth it.
I don’t trust the promise to include JYJ in future events. All it takes is pressure from an outside force and the IDTC will cave in. JYJ’s name is being used just like before.
To all JYJ Fans in South Korea, Just boycott the concert.!!
the world is a cruel place…
but don’t lose hope…
because there is always a light at the end of the tunnel…
hehehe…
can someone go to these games and wear a JYJ t -shirt to show support ? ^^
IS THERE A SITE WHERE WE CAN LODGE A COMPLAINT? If I was JYJ I would remove my name from the whole event because you know they just using them for publicity and then some other “unfortunate” thing will exclude them next year! What the heck is the FTC doing? Sending sanctions that have no power of law is a waste of time! DON’T BE DISCOURAGED, JYJ FIGHTING!
I went on the Facebook english site and voice my complaint about this Here is the link:
/www.facebook.com/IncheonAG2014.en Let let them hear from JYJ fans!
I really think it’s a better idea to go to the Incheon Korean Music Wave site instead. Complaining at the IAG’s website wouldn’t do any good, they aren’t the organisers of this concert and therefore have no final say. It’ll be like barking up the wrong tree.
I disagree that’s like saying the left hands not guilty because the right hand stole something. As a body, as a group, they all benefited from JYJ acting as the Ambassadors so the whole group shares the blame when they go back on their word or ignore such a wrong doing by part of their organization. All along people have been using the “its not us” excuse to look the other way at what SM is doing.The Asian Games theme is something like “The Place Where Diversity Shines” and yet they have no problem letting part of their group use blatant discrimination against JYJ. IF THEY ALL RISE TOGETHER LET THEM ALL FALL TOGETHER!
What I’m saying is: isn’t it still better to lodge a complaint against the IKMW concert instead, compared to IAG’s site?
@Slynn
I agree.
@iraaa Truthfully, I think every fan should file a complaint on every site and with every sponsor of the entire Asian Games. I’m just so annoyed I could spit!
SK entertainment industry needs reform, there is no law there.Scary.
Yes, I want to voice my frustration as well. JYJ deserves better than this. There is too much back room dealing occuring in Korea. But remarkably, the boys always show courage under fire. Boys, if you need a vacation from all of that evil corruption, come to the USA.
but this’s one boiling my bloods !!!!!!
Reblogged this on JYJ's Fan Worlds.
has jyj said anything about this???
Red Flag! Obstruction of JYJ’s activities! This tweet says it all. Where is the Korean Fair Trade Commission? I would expect those famous sanctions be issued to the TV station handling this event or the “entertainment company” that appears to have a conflict with JYJ being there or both.
“We plan to have JYJ included in future events…”
In other words, you plan on trying to use them again? How gratifying. How flattering to the members of JYJ to know that they are being treated like… (well, every comparison I can make is rude and unprintable) and that you “plan” on using them again in the same way.
Frankly, I hope that JYJ will pass next time around.
Having lodged my disgust at this outcome, I would urge everyone to do one thing: please go to the ‘Stand Up 4 JYJ’ Facebook page and express your feelings about this situation under the topic heading. https://www.facebook.com/StandUp4Jyj
Here’s what I think, though: JYJ needs to produce their own concerts where they are in control of everything. (Think the AMAZING concerts that Xia is doing right now. Think about Jaejoong’s concerts with live band and incredible lights) They do not need to kill themselves trying to participate with lip-syncing juniors, as many here have stated earlier – I really agree with this. The times when they have managed to get on these other-produced shows have been qualified disasters, they were all sabotaged in one way or another. So that’s a sure-fire way to assure JYJ of having the best possible quality built into all of their appearances — produce the shows yourselves and just don’t even try to bother about the rest of the mess that is the SK entertainment industry.
Just like the Jeju incident a few years back… JYJ are ambassadors, but they can’t perform~ TT^TT
One way to bring attention to this continual banning of JYJ, would be if anyone who has bought SME merchandise returned it to the SME offices. Let the newspapers, and TV stations know, so there will be a lot of attention brought as people pile up all of the goods they’re returning. Let everyone know, that until JYJ is no longer blacklisted, SM crap isn’t good enough either.
Why buy it when it counts towards their profit lines and return it will be returned to stores if you just sit it outside the building to pile up they still have to profit.. The key is to cut SM off entirely choke the snake do not buy do not support…
@greyfox
If ONLY the great and much discussed and revered Cassiopeia Fan Club could pull together ONE MORE TIME and declare a ban on SM product until JYJ is freed of this not very secret war of exclusion and banning. That’s all any JYJ fan would ever ask of them. And it wouldn’t need to be forever. Once SM lets go and moves on, it could be back to business as usual. But I guess I just don’t understand how fans who used to love the 5 can be so incredibly callous about leaving JYJ hanging out in limbo like this.
Do not worry change is coming and you will be able to see it… So keep the faith.
As @iraaa pointed out, IAG and IKMW are two separate entities. We needn’t be surprised nor shocked at JYJ’s exclusion from an event heavily populated with SM idols! JYJ have reacted to these incidents like the REAL GENTLEMEN they are. Let’s continue to support them without putting down the other groups, but keeping notice of this injustice before the public!
@xiaspearl12
Yes, of course you are right. Still, it is just so hard to be as magnanimous and long-suffering as these 3 remarkable gentlemen are as the days go by and this kind of thing keeps happening – I fail at it regularly and I know perfectly well that lashing out is counter-productive. I guess there’s a part of me that still can’t quite believe that SM is continuing to get away with this kind of outrageously unfair and illegal behavior. Bottom line, I just want JYJ to be OK and not down-hearted and that they can continue to be productive as JYJ. It makes me nervous that we have not heard that they are working on anything JYJ related – they are always so good about updating us, well, at least Jaejoong is.
do u think they are separating?????hope not, they are pratically family here
@carmen Janet
Separating? JYJ? Oh no, I don’t think so. Actually, I think they’ll be just exactly as stubborn about never breaking up as SM has been trying to ruin them.
I had a pretty good idea this was going to happen, but I’m so mad right now I’m tearing up and my hands are shaking…..every single time, they just never let up. It’s insane how blatantly and obviously wrong this is, and everyone still allows this to continue as if it’s normal habit
@ftghb
I feel as you do, my friend. This is an outrageous situation and I can’t BELIEVE it keeps happening.
