The Korea Entertainment Producer’s Association KFPCAI (KEPA) asked the fellow members to sign the petition on the case of JYJ vs. SME. The reason is if the court rules in favor to JYJ, similar lawsuits will follow (KARA). They claimed that JYJ filed a lawsuit for their financial gains.
Since they asked to sign the petition against JYJ today, it’s not sure how many of people have already signed.

OK I edited DNBN’s members..I’m not sure if they are talking about them…I only know they are asking people to sign this petition.
– UPDATE –
Even when KEPA and KFPCAI seems to be different Associations. Actually they aren’t so different.
Just read KEPA’s position back then when KFPCAI send those letters of request to broadcasting stations to prevent JYJ’s TV promotions (In October 14th, 2010). KEPA (the ‘Korean Entertainment Producers Association’) speak as they were the same KFPCAI:
A consultant from the ‘Korean Entertainment Producers Association’ , which is of eight main associations within the KFPCAI, explained, “We aren’t siding with SM Entertainment, but we are aware of JYJ presently holding onto a dual contract. This scenario has risen simply because their unique contract problem with SMEntertainment has not yet fully been resolved by the law.”
The consultant continued, “Whether it was the business that mistreated the group, or the group produced the problem, we don’t know. That’s a separate problem in itself. Nevertheless if we let this ‘dual contract’ problem pass, what agency would even wish to raise their artists?” He stated they aren’t certain when precisely the group decided to separate from the business and walk their personal path, nevertheless they’re merely just speaking opinions on behalf with the business.
He added, “ DBSK had a massive impact on the Hallyu Wave and on other idol groups walking their personal paths, but for the group to separate is the same as throwing cold water on the many agencies preparing tough to advance overseas.” The consultant also explained that the group’s separation has the possible to damage the reputation with the idol groups who have already successfully advanced in to the Japan market.

Followed SM, there is KFC -_-”
Hopefully DNBN people know what they are doing.
Should we counter them by sign the petition against their claim?
Yes, please sent them, I already sent mine
I just sent my e-mails to both Korea’s Ministry of Justice & Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism. Hope that they will take some action.
aand..SM and the whole of the entertainment business are not about money?
>.<
KFChicken is a chicken, a coward, a loser, and a butt hurt bitch against JYJ….
They have no sense, no logic…
Sorry, I guess they have no brain at all….
…I think Jaejoong in the gif sums up my thoughts. I’m sure the antis are salivating though. This is ridiculous. I hope people shut them down.
The more I think about this, the more angry I get.
Fans, I hope you realize this goes beyond JYJ now. The fact that this petition exists and they’re trying to stifle the basic rights of a person to file a lawsuit is uncalled for. And if they actually succeed (which I hope to God they don’t)…S. Korea is regressing and it’s an indicator that rights aren’t protected.
It is also obvious that they’re doing this for their own benefits with the whole “…or else similar lawsuits will appear”. Honestly if the court did rule in favor for JYJ, it means there’s something wrong with the system that needs to be changed. The fact that they’re dismissing that a problem may exist – and trying to prevent them from continuing the suit – is extremely disgusting.
And btw, the financial gain argument is so old. TVXQ was at pinnacle of popularity and they left that behind. Also, they’re filing a lawsuit against one of the most powerful companies in South Korea. How can that be a financial gain when this is typically career suicide is beyond me. No logical person would do such a thing unless they have a legitimate reason (where they feel they’ve been wronged). Lawsuits are expensive, psychologically stressful, and may take years and years to resolve.
I hope S. Korean media can see past the smokescreen and flambe those sorry asses. Sorry for the long post. I had to rant.
Rant all you want, i agree with every single word you wrote. A+++++++++++++
They claimed that JYJ filed a lawsuit for their financial gains.
And they would know, how? SM’s been whispering in their ears?
what the hell is this? where can i sign petition against stupid KPFCAI? and sm? oh my gosh….
i think they are asking other PD to sign not asking DNBN members to sign?
WE NEED AN ANTI KPFCAI PETITION
I’m torn between anger at the sheer hypocrisy and non-stop attempt at crushing jyj’s careers or amused at the fact that these huge companies and organizations are terrified of our boys.
DNBN is the fansite that decided to ban KYHD for dissing JYJ members. this KFC must have lost their mind to come to DNBN and ask to such a thing!
I was lol seeing this news. That KFC is asking JYJ’s supporters to against JYJ :))
Do they have a brain..oops they so but just dunno how to use it *sigh*
I talked Jimmie about this and she said that we can send mails to Korean Ministry of Justice (webmaster@moj.go.kr) and Korean Ministry of Culture (http://www.mcst.go.kr/english/contactus/contactus.jsp).
Let’s ask for justice for the boys! We should do something.
I don’t understand, Hangkyung also won the case why they only make pressure to JYJ?? unfair, I am getting sad again..
Hankyung has the ENTIRE china backing him up, plus sm could not risk losing the chinese market (though it didnt stop them from appealing but that’s besides the point. And don’t be sad, this shows that these people feel threatened, which says a lot. Freedom and success dont come easy, the boys are getting there as long as we’re behind them ^_^
oh no,i don’t known, what the matter with korean? what’s KPFCAI? i don’t care, they are stupid selfish and cruel, …..jyj fighting
KFChicken WTH you’re thinking!
So they want SM win this lawsuit? Where that minister when we need him, it’s time for prove your promise!
Ahjumma we need you,
jimmie, how K-cassies reaction with this situation, I am really worried now,
Disgusting…..All Cassies…we must do something…this is too much.
It really strange what wrong if JYJ is doing for their finanacial gain? Normal people and unions protest everyday due to low pay and poor working condition, how come artists cant do that? They are human too, not because they are artist they cant protest when money is concerned? Where is the logic in this? Hmm Korea Entertainment Producer’s Association is more corrupted and rotten than I thought. What a bad light to show to Hallyu Stars. So it’s ok you can exploit your artists and send them oversea to inform the world that how rotten South Korea is?
Yes, it’s okay to ignore the opinions of the artists and ignore the fact that they’re musicians.
Yes, it’s okay to steal away from them their basic human rights, scar them psychologically.
Yes, it’s okay to demand things from them they will not and cannot give all the more for your gain.
After all, when there’s a tide of delusional fans, they can do all they want, now, can they?
IM SOO VERYY ANGRYYY!
Seriously we need to do something!!

The recent article is about the Korean Producers’ Union not KFPCAI. They’ve issued a statement siding with SM and saying that it would be worrying if the court issued a judgment nullifying DBSK’s contract. Essentially, they’re trying to indirectly influence the court’s ruling in SM’s favour.
Cecilia, I think this is a good time to put Twitter to use. Spread the word for people to write in to the Korean ministry of Justice, the court and the Korean ministry of culture opposing this statement:
Korean Ministry of Justice:
Building #5, Gwacheon Government Complex, Jungang-dong1, Gwacheon-si, Kyunggi-do. Republic of Korea
email: webmaster@moj.go.kr
Korea Seoul District Court:
Seocho-gu Seocho-dong 1701-1
Seoul 137-737, Republic of Korea
Korean Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism:

Fighting!!!!!!!!~~~
Cassie, it’s time to unite together!!! Let’s counter attack and sent a petition to support JYJ.
Please sent petition here : webmaster@moj.go.kr
Can they fans sue that bloody kfc whatever??
I thought the court already ruled partially that no one is suppose to “block” JYJ from doing their activities?
How on earth is the court/government keeping silence when it’s so clear bloody SM and that kfc whatever is doing exactly that?!!!!!!
Jimmie said it is the korean producer’s association not KPFCAI, some1 need to fix the article above
‘Korean Entertainment Producers Association’ , which is of eight main associations within the KFPCAI
ARe they insane?!!! I mean it seriously… They already know that jyj will won the case so they think of a plan to hinder jyj’s success……. KFChicken is Crazy as hell.. There mind is upside down and there brain is as a size of a pea… Or it can be brainless …
KFC is going too far.. if they’ll be able to affect any sound decision of the court man.. i’ll be so pissed.. they have to file a lawsuit against this group too for being so miserably blocking justice..
THIS IS WRONG ITS NOT THE KFPCAI BUT THE KOREAN PRODUCERS UNION. sorry had to write it in caps so ppl well look at it >.<
Ok. So can fans sue them? 0.o
Freaking idiots!!!!!!!!!!
these things really getting on my nerves..
what have our boys done to receive this kind of treatment..
they’re just fighting for their right..
and it doesnt even involve any other kind of organization..
if SM is behind this..
i wish all of them just burn in hell!!
Why is the producer’s association butting in? This has nothing to do with the PD’s. Unless, SME bribed them with money, or threatened to not let their artists on their shows (PD’s cast the artists, don’t they?), in which I wouldn’t put it past them.
Seriously though. Mind your own damn business.
I hope majority of the PD’s are humane enough to not sign this petition.
Can someone burn the whole SM building? Thank you very much… 🙂
KPFCAI is not even part of Korean government!!!

Here is English translation: The Korea Entertainment Producer’s Association asked the fellow members to sign the petition on the case of #JYJ vs. SMe.
Original Link: http://news.nate.com/view/20110120n19596
Petition (About SM Entertainment – ‘TVXQ’)
The Korea Entertainment Producer’s Association and following members are seriously concern about the lawsuit that some members of TVXQ applied for termination of validity of their exclusive contract with SM Entertainment.
They try to prejudice the public, using the word ‘slave contracts’ to follow pecuniary advantage.
If the Court decides in their favor, other many artists will also abuse this case against their management agencies.
Therefore, our association would like to share the same point of view, and ask your signatures for this petition.
JAN/20/2011
The Korea Entertainment Producer’s Association
——————————————————
* For international Fans: Please be aware that Fair Trades Commission Korea gave a warning and ordered SM to correct their slave contracts. Therefore this petition is considered as one of obstruction against JYJ in order to protect their advantages. We will soon tweet more detailed information about this!*
Ok, then they’re going against what the court told them NOT to.
Seriously, I’ve got like zero respect for the Korean legal system after they allow SM to drag the lawsuit again and again.
God helps JCS PLEASE~~~~~
I bet this is the reason why this case is going to be a tough battle because if the judge let jyj win, then no money in their pocket, if tvhe judget let jyj lose, then fans will burn down their houses….either way, do the right thing judges, even without money, you still have a shelter ^^
True… Better not incur the wrath of the fans and make the reasonable and good choice. Honestly though, I really don’t see how SME can win unless there is a serious problem with the judge… 😀
Thank you xXMzSmilesXx for the post. Now we have a clearer picture.
“If the Court decides in their favor, other many artists will also abuse this case against their management agencies. ” Yes, they will, yes they should because the contracts are unfair!!! Even FTCK warded them then if you don’t change the contracts of course people will ask for their rights.
The judge will decide this so shut up you! you are only thinking your money.
This is the most ridicilous thing I have ever heard. If I were them I couldn’t go to courts with a petition like this because it sounds so… stupid?
I agree with you.
If JYJ win this case I believe that there will be more artists come up against their agencies. But I hope for those used to say ‘LOYALTY’, ‘GRATEFUL’ to stuck with their old contract and never ever get anymore further than that. Cuz they say that they’re happy with their family!!!!!!! LOL.
I know I sound MEAN but I just can’t stad if those people who calls JYJ ‘GREEDY’, ‘TRAITOR’, ‘BETRAYER’ would get a better contract because of JYJ. Geezzz, this is getting on my nerves again. So, I need to clam down!
@Move On IKR? These ‘loyal’ idols are actually enjoying something that they wouldn’t be able to enjoy if JYJ didn’t took some actions! Honestly, these people are just sooooooo… Uuuggh.
Ha Ha Ha, I know I know -Sigh-
It seems these people are really “biting the hands that feed them!”
HELLO!!! Consumers are the ones “paying” for whatever they eat and have! Not bloody SM!!
Ahjumas!!! Show them your power!
It’s become a serious fight…. Us (JCS and fans) against the world (all those Korean idiots)!
fuck man, all the boys want to do is have the opportunity to sure their music. wtf is this man??? There is no fkin justice whatsoever! Honestly, i dont know how jyj can handle this???? Im already having trouble following this! This fukin sucks. Excuse the language but i cant help it after hearing this pile of shit!
lol isn’t KPFCAI not an ORGANIZATION?????????
It’s like some big company in Korea like SME, JYP and etc get together and form KPFCAI. I’m not sure though but hell yeahh, all I can is that I really don’t care them anyway.
But I really wonder though, WHY NOW??????????? LOL
Godddd, they just want to interfere every little thing about JYJ. And on top of that, they’re in the right time cuz JYJ is doing soooooo good now. I think they are ENVY JYJ. LOL.
Anyway, I love Jaejoong’s gif…..his expression is priceless and I love it even more with that WORD LOL.
By the way, can anyone mind to tell me where the originate of this pic come from? I mean from which show/clip something like that????????????
This boy gave that look to Yuchun! Lol^^ that’s when Chunnie commented that JJ should bring along the cat food so that JiJi cannot eat! Haha^^
I think it’s one of the interviews the boys did in US. Can’t remember exactly. Oops
It’s the MTVK one’s.
http://www.mtvk.com/jyj-nyc/
Thank you to both Shadow and Shhh.
Ha Ha Ha bring the cat food to US so that Jiji cannot eat….silly Yuchun lol
AGAIN??i hope korean law can protect their netizen based on human right!anybody can speak if something unfair happen
I feel like crying…… poor jyj……
GOD PLEASE HELP THEM…. YOU ARE THE ONE WHO CAN HELP JYJ!!!
Guys, this is NOT the KFPCAI…it’s the Korean (music) Producers’ Union. And it’s not really a petition…it’s only signed by members of the Union. It’s a collective plea/appeal. So, yes they ARE trying to unduly influence the outcome of the JYJ v. SM lawsuit.
But here’s the thing…YOU GUYS HAVE MORE INFLUENCE THAN THEM ON THIS MATTER. Whether or not these jerks have it their way with the slave contract, if YOU don’t like what they’re selling then the Hallyu wave dies. SO WRITE IN TO THE FOLLOWING ADDRESSES/EMAIL and say I OPPOSE THIS STATEMENT!!! KOREA WILL ONLY DISAPPOINT AND ENDANGER THE HALLYU WAVE IF IT LISTENS TO PEOPLE LIKE THESE PRODUCERS.
Korean Ministry of Justice:
Building #5, Gwacheon Government Complex, Jungang-dong1, Gwacheon-si, Kyunggi-do. Republic of Korea
email: webmaster@moj.go.kr
Korea Seoul District Court:
Seocho-gu Seocho-dong 1701-1
Seoul 137-737, Republic of Korea
Korean Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism:

Fighting!
got it!
DAMN IT i cant do it write now but i will tonight after work. hmmm im hispanic american should i write in spanish to show the diversity of their fans or keept in english or do both oh f*** it im doingboth languages that agency has NO idea what fans they are messing with!!
i mean *right*
oh jimmie what exactly do i say??
Write in both if you can. I wrote about how I disagreed with KEPA’s claim. About how just because the industry has aways worked with these contracts doesnt mean it doesnt impose upon human rights. About how the minsitry of justice must do what is right for human rights. and that just because artists will speak up more, it does not mean its for money. I said JYJ will let others be more confident to stand up for their beliefs nad that yes there may be some artists who do it for money but that is up to the court to do what is just. And how I feel the current situation is unjust etcetc.
I sent emails to both of the addresses given. If they get a bunch of American, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Peruvian ect… e-mails they’ll think about their hallyu affect and how loved JYJ are. And if sm and who ever else wanna play the petition and sway the outcome game well then their playing with the wrong people because we don’t let anyone mess with our boys. And if they think they’ve got money and power on their side well jyj have thousands of people on their side who are willing to do and giving them anything they can to help. So lets not worry lets just work harder and show them that theirs a hefty fine to pay for messing with JYJ.
If I know, this association of producers whatever thingy is actually doing this for their own “financial gains” so they don’t have the right to judge JYJ! Money, money, money! Is that the only excuse they can think of? That’s sooooo yesterday.
So a possible way to counter this is to write to the Korean ministries of justice and culture? But what exactly do we write – is there a petition we cld sign or something?
It would be good if there’s a standard template we could all use to write in, so it would be easier for fans, like me who have no idea what to write, and also might make them more inclined to do so. Is there one?
Write that you a foreigner care about JYJ and and how they should understand how important jyj is to their country and that they shouldn’t let money and power sway their decision in any way. Tell them that its time to do the right thing for everyone and not just for a few. Tell them to do their job and be JUST. But don’t be rude lol.
The most important thing to say is that you OPPOSE THE PLEA/PETITION OF THE KOREAN PRODUCERS’ UNION and that KOREA RISKS DESTROYING ITS HALLYU IF IT LISTENS TO THIS UNION
Your right and I did my best to get that across and tell them how important jyj are to the hallyu effect
okay. Gotcha.
THIS IS WAR.
They’re trying to silence truth.
smh.
as an ifan what can I do. What can I DO!
I feel so helpless.
http://www.twitlonger.com/show/88vng2
Write e-mail to the people in this link and do your best to intelligently express how jyj is important to you and that should make them important to Korea. Tell them not to be influenced by money and power but to do the right thing and rule fairly and by the law.
Alright.
Thank you!
how is it possible to ask the court not to grant justice just to protect entertainment industry from lawsuits? if its wrong, then its wrong!! there is no excuse to ask the court to not perform its duty! in any event, if the court rules in favor of jyj, it is able to state that their decision is that of extraordinary circumstances and should not be used as a precedent..so entertainment companies should chill!!!
It’s kinda sad that JYJ was being oppressed in their OWN country by their FELLOW citizens. Yet the ones who have power doesn’t even seem to bother at all. And to think that the main issue here is NOT money but HUMAN RIGHTS! This is just so sad. Where is the justice nowadays? 😦
Seriously when will people learn that just because this is how things are right now doesn’t mean it’s definitely the best way things can be.
Change is the only constant, especially in such a volatile industry like the media, and producers should know better than to stick to status quo and hopes no one notices.
Can KPFCAI and SM put on a criminal court now? They are definitly breaking competion rules plus SM is hindering JYJ’s promotions despite court rulings. I thought it was the government’s job to ensure that no party can monopoly one field.
*sigh* i can see this gonna happened soon..
This People always try to find some ways to get JYJ down..
for sure theres gonna be One BIG WAR Between
This-Association VS CONSUMER Around The World!! (still.. i think we have our advantage as CONSUMER…)
but…i dont know, should i panic now?
or wait..to see what their next step..
also…what Our Plan??
All i worried here, if this petition get into antis/haters hand.
SM KPFCAI
*sigh* I have no word 4 you 2
TT
I have. And it starts with the letter “F” and ends with “U”.
seriously? petition to what exactly, ban JYj on broadcasts? what is the point of this?
*JYJ
it’s time to unite together!!! TIME FOR ACTIONS GUYS PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
LETS DO WHAT WE HAVE TO DO PLZZZZZZZZ
FOR JYJ’S SEEK GUYS
SO…
Please sent petition here : webmaster@moj.go.kr
i’m abt to explode now ….god dame it what’s wrong with S-KOREAN system… DAMMME IT NOTHING IS WORKING ,,WHAT A FREAK -PATHETIC PPL
BODO! BANGANG! BANGANG! BANGANG! memang bangang giler lah diorang yang cockblocking JYJ.. tamak haloba tuh korang la.. korang taknak bayar artis2 korang elok2.. lepas tuh takut bile artis2 tu saman korang.. memang bullshit la kpfcai ngan director’s union tuh.. BABI BABI BABI BABI.. puas sungguh hati ak boleh maki dalam native language ak.. sorry because im using my native’s language.. it’s hard to bear the pain.. i really want to curse and it always better to curse in my native language XD
hahahaha…. saye agak mengertilah….. makiannya… sebal sangat ya?
I’m confused. This petition, would it be presented to the court? Or is it just a way to show the public how many people are against JYJ’s actions? If this petition is presented in court, would it even be valid if the association does not even have a legal personality?
Either way, it’s not playing fair. I’m torn between anger and amusement that these so-called producers are afraid of three young men that could possibly be half their age.
My first thought was it has no legal integrity too.
It’s a statement of support from the industry for the status quo. I would like to see who signs this petition. I think their names should be published all over the place, along with the companies/artists/music they worked with. I would be very curious.
@Eliza Ahh…so it’s to change public opinion against JYJ, then. I guess it would also affect future works in drama series. *sigh*
Oh well, as long as not every one in the industry thinks the same way these people do, I won’t lose faith on the boys. They’ve come a long way and they seem at peace with their decisions, despite the setbacks. I just hope they won’t be tired from all of this.
I hope JYJ fans and Kamilia can stand togheter and fight for justice 😥
YUP!!!! WE have to be strong!! our boys and girls need us more in this kind of situation… jyj still fighting and now kara…. give them our best support!!!
yuu, you got our support!
They got the nerves!
I am confused as what kind of PDs they are, music PDs, variety show PD, or both?
Is this even legal
It’s legal to create a petition. As JYJ fans know. 😀 But it won’t have any legal weight in court. This is a PR campaign.
The Korea Entertainment Producer’s Association – who initiated and drafted the petition, who requested the petition? after the 2-months delay of the lawsuit, then this petition is conceived. I think SM is using all it’s allies to come up with a strategy to ensure that no matter if JYJ wins the lawsuit the boys are still grounded and paralyzed.
“If the Court decides in JYJ’s favor, other many artists will also abuse this case against their management agencies” – what a lame ground for a petition= and this is just so pro-management, they are afraid that artists will abuse this case against their management but they are not looking at the artists side, what if the management agencies abused and exploited their artists- who will protect the artists rights, don’t they have the right to protect themselves and demand what is truly due to them? This petition is just so one-sided and is very clear who is behind it. This is a suppresion of human rights and civil rights of a Korean citizen in his own country. Is there some human rights commission in Korea? Hope some governmental body will look on this matter.
i wonder if the ahjumma army already knows about this and i’m very curious on how they are gonna react on this issue.i’m pretty much sure they will do their best to protect these three & i have an impression that you have to be really insane to go up against them.
this story has every twist & turn that will rival any soap opera known to man.
MTE. If I wasn’t a fan, the situation would make for pretty entertaining drama.
“If the Court decides in JYJ’s favor, other many artists will also abuse this case against their management agencies”. This guys r ridiculous!! with this statement, this union are shouting that this ent.agencies r doing somthing *shit* but their idols no dare to voice. They r accusing themself, IF this agenciesr having fair contracts, what the hell they ve 2 afraid if JYJ win *beat the mosquitoes*
So true!!! A+++
WHAT THE HELL IS THIS FUCKERY !????????? EVEN NORTH KOREA WOULD HAVE FREED THIS BOYS AND DEEM IT NULL AND VOID!
Indeed.
This is epic fuckery.
Lol…in the previous article KEPA said this is about monetary problem and now it’s suddenly turned out to the ‘dual contract problem?’WTF????? Someone need to school them again!! Give them knowledge about ‘agency’ and ‘company’….What a lame reason…..”damage the reputation with the idol groups who have already successfully advanced into the Japan market.” Lol My a**…what i see now…This organization actually the one who try to damaged JYJ and the others young musician/ actors/actress by let the long contract exist in their entertainment industry….
A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++
I need someone can help how to send Korean Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism:
http://www.mcst.go.kr/english/contactus/contactus.jsp
they ask email it is our email right ? how can I sent them!!
oo. I got it!
yeah it would be your e-mail add..just click the “write” button at the bottom.
hey, if this is true, we should try and create a petition that overthrows the petition of this so called KEPA as well. =(
JYJ just want to change the “old-fashioned way”(but more on “abusive way” to me)of how entertainment companies treats their artists..They were treated as PRODUCTS,MONEY MAKER MACHINES etc..Why can’t you get it KFPCAI & KEPA??
STUPID A-HOES!!!!!!!!!!!!
I sent the email.
I had to struggle to write the email formally. I just wanted to cursed them. Kyaaa!
I think it’s crucial for us to mention what nationality we are. I think they would take us more seriously that way.
Come on everyone hwaiting! Not just JYJ fans are obliged to do this, Cassies too. I’m a Cassie btw and there is now way I’m letting anyone trampling my beloved Jae, Chun and Su *0*
SPREAD THE WORD AROUND. EVERYONE HWAITING!
I SENT THE EMAIL TOO !!!!!!!!!!!!
I emphasized how I’m from a different country, and seeing all this FUCKING MESS ( don’t worry i didn’t write that in the mail ) made me have a truly negative impression of the korean entertainment industry, and that they should DO SOME DAMNNNNN FUCKING THING ABOUT ITTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT
I’M GONNA SEND one every single day!!!!!1 I”m gonna haunt them until they do the right thing.
Oooh lets! Send them emails every single fucking day HAHAHAHA. *i’m going insane here*
me tooo 😥 i sent 2 with the tittle international fans of hallyu wave dissapointment, mention my nationality too ,,,.argh so frustrated! dont the know about HUMAN RIGHT?==
I also wrote one,I mentioned my name & nationality too..I really made it formal coz I;m afraid they’ll just ignore it if I wrote it like a fan mail..LOL!anyways,Go Cassies!Let’s show them our power!!!ALWAYS KEEP IN MIND THAT WE ARE POWERFUL ESPECIALLY WHEN WE ARE UNITED!!!
❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤
I’m so upset I want to cry. I sent in another e-mail to the ministry of justice. I already sent one about the delayment.
I can only pray harder that JYJ will make it through with justice on their side.
GRRRRR
how many times this week will i have to bring out mt fiery pitchfork!!
*sigh*
*grabs pointy pitchfork*
KFC chicken go rott in hell for all i care the guys have been nothing but role models i mean seriously who the hell wants to work their asses off get sick alot not have personal days AND get paid soo little. KARA and JYJ are doing the right thing and i SWEAR if they really di the same thing to KARA i will go medieval on their asses and i wont stop until both groups pawn every korean artist!!
sooooooooooooooooooooooo pisssssssssssssssssssssssssed
One of the problems/benefits (well documented) with the internet is that no one really knows who you are. But I think we know that the people who sign this petition are SME employees. I’ll bet they and their allies are putting incredible pressure on their employees to post, sign petitions, etc, while pretending to be “just fans” and “consumers”. Yeah, right…
this is a double combo of WTF and WTH? retarded and ridiculous.
i had this problem understanding how a particular artist in this case JYJ, responsible in the success of the continuing advancement of other junior artist in oversea like Japan? I mean this is not a plan of power invasion etc is it? What i understand in music/arts/career etc a person’s success is the ability of that particular person right? like the artist musically talents, appeal, personality, songs and music right? why this petition sounds as in if the next Korean artist went to Japan and unable to be famous as they appeared to be will be JYJ fault? I dont get it? And to said that it will effect the investment of other company this and that, why need to rely on DBSK? Are they scheming something towards Japan market? OHOHOHO? Arama people are true all along, all these K-pop flooding the Japan market are to hog Japanese Yen. Pfffft….pathetic! at the rate of this Shitty excuse going on when business and music control the art, Kpop is a goner. I feel so insulted at this stupidity. Or am I wrong? can someone explain to me how I am wrong? I just cant understand this shittyness. Its like asking Lady Gaga to not stop being bizarre coz Nicky Minaj, Rihanna, Ke$ha will suffer the drawback of being weird as well? WTF?
It’s like the episode of Spongebob where Spongebob gets the inflatable pant and flies around saving/helping people; then when he wants to take a break, everyone gets mad and rampages after him. It seems that these people have a hard time telling the difference between ones’s responsibility and one’s deeds that people should simply be thankful for. And it’s not like people outside of Korea haven’t already found out why JYJ filed the lawsuit. We (i-fans) are not just going to be like “OMG they filed a lawsuit! They must be bad people to get ticked off like that!”
you are so cute for using Squarepants as an example heehehehe

If the agencies don’t abuse their artists’ rights & dignity, there won’t be any lawsuits to terminate the contracts. I think KEPA is just afraid that their business will go down, now that JYJ is going to break the old management system & to seek a better one.
JYJ has fought a good fight and continue to keep the faith…Truth wil set them free.In all this trials and tribulations…dear FAMILY OF JYJ…remember a little prayer for our boys!!!
Victory is already ours…just claim it!!
