The below is a translation of the court decision that dismissed SM’s petition for the court to strike down the business relationship of JYJ and C-JeS as dual contracting. The Korean original is posted at DNBN, found here.
Notice the brevity of the court’s opinion. This petition was so without merit that it barely warranted a page to refute it in multiple ways.

dude i’m sure kbs is not stupid and not aware of the court ruling, i think they just need to have an excuse and this is the only excuse they can come up with, though it is the stupidest one but it’s the only excuse they can use. LOL.
Can we post this (or the Korean version) to the KBS people and all the other Korean TV networks who are so BLIND and DEAF so that they’ll be “ENLIGHTENED” and see how foolish they all are in siding with SM!??!

I think KBS are blatantly ignoring the courts ruling as if to say ‘their opinion’ and then makes the statement on the grounds of their and SM’s own opinion. They do it as if the courts ruling is some opinion of a nobody who has no merit, when the court doe have merit. They have the ability to punish you if you don’t fallow their rulings. Too bad KBS has no grounds to actually get punished. I feel really bad that they take government officials as a joke.
